Hellridah Posted May 22, 2016 Share Posted May 22, 2016 Howdy , Well it goes like this a while back in 2015 I won some money about 9k Usd and everything was cool etc reviewed the casino everything seemed cool i got the first payment of 4k then your agent told me second payment would be in on that tuesday and it didn't come through buddies remember ? and then the email's to try to get me to throw the dice . Your all probably wondering why this isn't in a complaint there's a reason I wont stand a chance in a complaint as I never screened the conversation but i still got the email's guys including this one : (After the 4k was reversed on the tuesday when it was meant to go in) (1 week exactly the 4k max per week) Hi Tane, Congrats on a great win with us and always good to see. Hellridah Posted May 23, 2016 Author Share Posted May 23, 2016 Hey Valdes , What happened was it was rolled back into the account where it should have been processed on the tuesday as per the the communication of the agent so I was basically left waiting for another week and started getting emails tempting me to spend the money . End of the day if that's how they roll good luck with that just figured I'd mention it I ended up spending the money on the saturday out of frustration but felt let down that the money was never processed earlier being told it would. Tricky situation because there's arguments on both sides one could argue that what happened after was after the fact so yeah that's basically the situation. The Agent in Question was a guy named Andrew he and I discussed the situation starting from the 2/10/15 where 4k should have been paid on that day and the agent must have been talking to someone as there was a long pause then came back and told me to go ahead and request the second withdrawal : also both times where it says cancelled thats the casino rolling the money back into my casino account. There might be a lot of arguments in both direction, but the most significant one is the fact that it was you who reversed and played the money. This only argument prevails over all the other combined, simply because you would never complaint IF you had luck and won with the reversed money. On the other hand, not withstanding to promises and 'tempting' players to reverse while their cashouts are in pending state is definitely not what a decent casino is supposed to do. Granted I spent the money I'll agree with part but the money was not reversed by myself it was reversed by the casino forcibly what they should have done instead of throwing the money back into the account for which reasons are obvious is split the payment into sections and paid out the winnings that way instead of me having to keep submitting new withdrawals whole thing is set up to entice the player into spending the money its as clear as day. And yes this is a lesson and I will move on but you others out there take note of my "lesson" and hey wasn't a bad lesson still managed 4k usd at a cost of 150 usd so all in all wasn't a bad lesson and for the record I narrowly missed on a 100 dollar bet on a sequenced Elevation which would have taken those guys to the cleaners so yeah will move on from this one and they can count their lucky stars the 3 chests didn't pop lol . -T Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It's certainly not good practise for any casino to try and tempt you to spend the money, I guess it all comes down to being strong willed. But again I don't agree that an casino should use these tactics. At the end of the day if the casino doesn't want to pay out winnings then they really should not have gone into business!!
