Bovada not paying - Payment now received

Recommended Posts

Warning to all Bovado players. THEY ARE NOT PAYING some players. It has been over a month since I was approved for a payout of $3,000 and still not paid. I am not the only one. I have several friends who are having issues and quit playing as well. They claim its out of their hands and it is an issue with their provider. Why do I care what their internal issues are? They choose the provider. They choose the methods of withdrawal for us. They have all the control, we have none. Enough is enough. When is it that Askgamblers blacklists casinos?

You and your friends report them to the FBI for fraud. With a little luck they'll end up behind bars like Titan, Win Palace and the rest of the group :D

Are you sure it's BovadO casino that you are having issues with?

Welcome to AskGamblers though.

Sorry to hear you're having problems Brian, maybe you could fill us in with a few more details about whats happened with your particular withdrawal? Is it our first withdrawal? Have your documents been approved?

Have they given you a timescale as to how long this 'issue' is going to go on for with their provider?

Cocopop, basically I made several deposits on April 30th and played on the slots at Bovada. I managed to win and submitted a withdrawal for $3,000. It was approved for payout via the Visa Fast Funds method. I was sent a notification that I would receive my funds in 5-10 business days. I chose this method as I have had issues with their Adnero debit card as well. On the 16th of March, which was 11 business days I sent the first of many emails almost daily. They have the same response over and over. They are having issues with their provider. They understand my frustration, they are working on it, they assure me my money is safe, they tell me they have never not paid blah blah blah. I have also spoken by phone with a player advocate and it is the same scripted responses. It has now been over a month and not paid yet. 26 business days and still nothing. I just want to let others who might consider this casino to be aware!

They are in Canada. FBI has no jurisdiction. None of us in the US have recourse for their bad behavior. All we can do is hope we get paid and warn others. Hopefully the negative feedback will effect them enough to resolve these issues quickly. I would avoid them until they get their act together. Now I notice they are one of ASKGAMBLERS recommended casinos with a rating of 1.8 how unusual.

Yep they have an extremely low ranking here, in future I would take great consideration before depositing at casinos alike. Reading reviews will also help you. You'll notice now there are a number of 1 star review ratings for this particular casino.

I found this searching google. I'm going through the same problem. They approve my cashout quite fast and sended me a DHL tracking number. Two weeks past and nothing happen ,so I went to track the package and call DHL, turns out bovada never gave the  package to dhl. I called Bovada and after talking to 3 different costumers reps on a spam of a week and getting the same answer "The package is on its way to carrier" I got tire and ask to speak to a supervisor, she told me she will check the matter and get back to me. 4 days later I received an email saying they needed more information . Passport #.  Occupation. Gender . nationality. ETC. I send them all the information they asked for and received another email, telling me they will review this information and get back to me in 24-48 hours. They never did, so I call back and ask them why is taking so long and they keep saying "sorry we are really busy you need to wait a little longer". Is been over a month now and I already give up on Bovada paying me . Take my lost as your gain and stay away from Bovada.

This is Full tilt all over again

Find out who does and report them there. File a lawsuit, do something. The industry needs to get cleared of scum like that.

The saga continues. Still not paid. They asked for bank statements. Again. This is the second time I provided bank statements to prove that I have not been paid. They are very well aware that THEY have not paid me. Place is starting to look like they have severe money issues. I will report back if I receive my funds.

So they're saying now they have already paid you?

No, they are telling me they need the information to investigate further with their provider. I see on several other forums that this is an issue with early March 2016 VFF withdrawals. Numerous instances. I replied to them that my honesty was being questioned and that their integrity was the issue, not mine. I did provide the information, again, that was requested. My personal feeling is that if they cant handle our money better than that then they are in the wrong business. This has just continued to be ridiculous.

So did they tell you the course of action after you send in the documents?

There's really no need to be a fortuneteller to notice that Bovada is recently having troubles with paying out in a timely manner. A quick look at their complaints history at AskGamblers confirms my personal observations...

Bovada Complaints History at AskGamblers

Sincerely hope that's only some temporary difficulty and soon they could return on their usual payment time frames and tracks.

I got an email today stating that the withdrawal had "technical problems" and was put back in my account. They said I could resubmit my withdrawl and that they would expedite it and would waive the $50 fee. Wow thats great that they would waive a fee that was not required the first time and reduced the amount I could withdraw from $3000 down to $2400. So I will need two withdrawls to try to get what I should have had over a month ago. And now it starts all over again. Guess they will also expect a thank you! I will update on here as soon as this fiasco is finished.

Fingers crossed they will finally do what they were supposed to do ages ago and pay you in full.

If your AskGamblers complaint does not achieve that, there's one last option you could try - to refer your issue to their licensing authority directly. They claim to be regulated by Kahnawake Gaming Commission - http://prntscr.com/as1zje

Well at least they are communicating with you, lots of players in your positions get zero response from casinos when they are having problems with withdrawals. It makes me believe that they are eager to sort this out for you. I hope you get your money Im really keeping my fingers crossed for you!
