Omg

I found this searching google. I'm going through the same problem. They approve my cashout quite fast and sended me a DHL tracking number. Two weeks past and nothing happen ,so I went to track the package and call DHL, turns out bovada never gave the package to dhl. I called Bovada and after talking to 3 different costumers reps on a spam of a week and getting the same answer "The package is on its way to carrier" I got tire and ask to speak to a supervisor, she told me she will check the matter and get back to me. 4 days later I received an email saying they needed more information . Passport #. Occupation. Gender . nationality. ETC. I send them all the information they asked for and received another email,telling me they will review this information and get back to me in 24-48 hours. They never did, so I call back and ask them why is taking so long and they keep saying "sorry we are really busy you need to wait a little longer". Is been over a month now and I already give up on Bovada paying me . Take my lost as your gain and stay away from Bovada. This is Full tilt all over again
