They simply employ stall tactics and give out meaningless responses with empty promises. I have been trying to get $500 out of these people since Mar 20 2016. They sent me an email indicating they are still having problems with Visa Fast Funds and so I requested a check by courier. If I ever get my money from them I'll be pleasantly surprised but I don't see it happening.
