I’m currently VIP level 4, and my withdrawal limits are the following: - Monthly withdrawal limit: €3,000 - Weekly withdrawal limit: €1,500 - Daily withdrawal limit: €500 I wanted to ask if anyone here has a similar level, or even a slightly lower one, and what withdrawal limits you have. Feel free to send screenshots if you currently play there or have played there before. I’d really like to compare VIP levels and daily withdrawal limits. For example, my daily withdrawal limit is currently €500 per day. I’m mainly interested in whether anyone has higher withdrawal limits while being on the same VIP level, because Flappy mentioned that new or entry-level players supposedly have a monthly withdrawal limit of €10,000. After 72 hours you have to send an email to kyc and then they tell you the date the withdrawal would be processed. They want you to cancel your withdrawal and play down your funds. Quote
whitercz Posted 2 hours ago Author Posted 2 hours ago I got that, but I also have a communication where they wrote that they don't send money on weekends and then a communication when they send it on weekends (the terms and conditions say that it's not just holidays) so they lied to me about this too, I'm currently trying to figure out how to resolve the loss of 2,500 euros because they wrote to me in an email and on live support that I would get a faster withdrawal by playing, at least 1,000 euros that I had withdrawn, so they should have at least sent it, is there any way to resolve this?
