Hey guys, tomorrow we have a new Ask Me Anything starting with our very own Head of Product at AskGamblers - Keith!

Some of you will already know of Keith and have seen him lurking in the forum, so I thought, let's bring him in so you guys can ask him all the questions!

Keith is in charge of making sure our audience's ideas get put into place, as well as team ideas! He's the main man who makes all this happen, which is pretty cool!

Keith is also in charge of player experience on the site and in our forum. So, if there are any features you'd like to see (or don't like), Keith is the guy to pitch to about these! So, get your questions ready because this is going ti be a good one.

Keith can also give you a look under the hood of AG's products - so you do not want to miss this.

Tomorrow! Be here!

@Keith - AG Team Hi Keith.

I am wondering how to get more Asian based casinos to be registered at Askgamblers - do they need to make the first move to register or can they be invited to register?

Why I'm asking is because currently, I can play mostly at my local Asian casinos only - non Asian ones either do not have Skrill, do not allow bonuses with Skrill deposits, or are simply country restricted.

2 local casinos are already listed at AG (BK8 & 12Play) but there are some others that could be listed at AG. That would be really good for me. 😇

Hey guys - just a reminder that our lovely Keith deals more with the product itself - so the features that you see at AskGamblers, if you can try and target your questions more around that :--)

He will, of course, answer anything you ask, but let's try and really ask him where his expertise lies too 🙂

@Keith - AG Team How do you plan to deal with casinos that reward for positive reviews? There are some casinos which are on AG for over 10 years and have less than 50 reviews and then there are casinos which were launched in the past two years and have close to 2000 reviews. Most of them positive with 10/10 rating.

Do you plan to limit the number of reviews a casino can have per day or week?

@Afi4wins it can actually be both ! Some operators actively reach out to us to be listed , and then a member of our team will work with them to ensure they fully understand what being listed on AskGamblers means, including an explanation of our CasinoRank and Complaint Services.

Other times, we do reach out ourselves to some operators which we believe should be on our site, as they would be a good option for our community.

If you have any operators on your 'wishlist'  which you would like to see added to AskGamblers, please do message @cocopop3011  and we will make sure it reaches the right team

@Blackjax Currently a user can only leave 1 review every 60 days for a specific operator. Each player review is checked and vetted by our Support team to make sure that it does not breach any of our guidelines and that they are based on real life experiences.

Some casinos actively push their user base to leave reviews on AskGamblers because they value this feedback, whilst others might not care as much. But the volume of reviews any operator receives , good or bad, is not in our control or something we can influence

are there going to be some new features released in the near future?

what do you hope to achieve in the next 1-5 years?

are you overall satisfied with how things are going?

Excellent questions, thank you!

One of the most important criteria for a casino to be listed is that they should have a valid license.

Unfortunately in South east asia region including my country lots of casinos operate with no or fake license. If these casinos are added to AG it will ruin the reputation of AG.

@formerPokerpro , great questions!

We will definitely be looking at new features. Potentially ways for our community to be able to compare casinos , sportsbooks and other items in a easy way.

Obviously AI is going to be a big thing for any company, and although we are not in a rush to just add things for the sake of adding them, we are keeping a very vigilant eye on how potentially some AI powered features would help our user base.

We also started a bit of a redesign process for the main site, and the plan is to continue this project. We are doing it section by section because for us a redesign is not just a 'facelift', but an opportunity to rethink flows and adding new features.

Besides new features, we also want to make sure to improve on already existing features. For example, we want to add way more benefits to our Loyalty Program, and we also want to look at the overall complaint submission process and  find ways of making it better.

5 years from now  is a long time, but for the foreseeable future, I would love to see AskGamblers  continue improving on its vision of "Get the Truth. Then Play" and really be a one stop shop for all casino enthusiasts. Besides  that, I would love for us to also cement ourselves  in the Sports Betting industry.

Overall, I am satisfied of where we are going. At time it does feel that maybe it is a bit slower than what I would have anticipated, but AskGamblers has been around for 20 years, and our plan is for us and our community  to  be around for much much longer.
