    Its over 2 weeks since I submitted the complaint.

     

    I'm from London.

     

    I see. And the complaint definitely submitted? If you didn't have an acknowledgement maybe it didn't?

    I did contact the Commission again last week but failed to get a response.Today I submitted a court claim against Bet365, costing me a small fortune. I will let you guys know how it all unfolds...

    I cannot believe you never got a reply back from the UKGC?! :o

     

    Not doubting your words, however if what you are saying is true then I simply cannot think of a reasonable explanation as of how it is even possible for such an authority as United Kingdom Gambling Commission to delay acknowledging players issues. Should be unthinkable...
