Quote The Dutch Lottery has launched civil action against the operators and directors of Qbet, despite it already being hit with a record fine by the Netherlands Gambling Authority (KSA). The 24.8m EUR fine was issued in March but the Dutch Lottery are now taking civil action in an attempt to hold operators, trust offices, shell companies and their directors liable for the alleged regulatory breaches.
