In my case I closed the complaint immediately after I was paid. Also, in the next few months I had a special treatment in the casino ( many no deposit bonuses ), I'd not write for which casino I am talking about, but so far I had only one complain on AG.

Ok I'm thinking I might request to close the complaint once I see the $300. Neteller is down at the moment so I can't see. Then just raise another one if they don't stick to paying me weekly until the full amount is paid. I'm assuming they just dont have the funds to pay it all at once. I'm just worried about the whole unlicensed biz as I don't want others to be taken for a ride. Nothing of that has been mentioned by them so I'm guessing its just avoidence in that matter. I guess if they pay the winnings then thats all that really matters in the end. I won't play there ever again tho no matter how good the bonuses are. I like to be able to withdraw my winning straight up no stuffing around and all at once.

I received the 300 in my neteller account. They have agreed to pay me into my neteller account every Monday until the full amount is paid. They have asked that I close the complaint/ show some good faith.. just hope they stick by their word

I received the 300 in my neteller account. They have agreed to pay me into my neteller account every Monday until the full amount is paid. They have asked that I close the complaint/ show some good faith.. just hope they stick by their word thanks for all your input guys. I'm still a bit dumb struck by it all.. can't say I've ever come accross anything like this before. I honestly thought 200 (the initial amount) was the only amount of winnings I was going to get from them and I thought I was lucky to even get that lol I'm glad AskGamblers is around to stick up for us and help us get fair play online.

 

It's always a great news when player and casino reached to a mutual agreement on how to settle their dispute. Sincerely hope that CrazyWinners will stick to their word and pay as promised. 

 

We are still waiting for them to clarify on the licence issue raised within the complaint. I will keep you updated as soon as we have more news about it.

Well I have to admit that the casino are certainly employing some strange tactics there and why they are so persistent that you remove the post beats me. But I guess the important thing is that you and the casino are working things out and your getting your winnings.

But that just open even more questions. In relation to why this thread was created.

 

 

This is the letter I recieved. Very strange indeed its looking more and more like a scam.

Well thats good to see that they do in fact have a license.. I wonder why curaceo emailed me back saying they were not.. and why they were avoiding answering the questions regarding their license. It doesn't have a date on it... I really don't know it all seems just a bit dodgy 2 me. I'm just glad its all over and done with. Hopefully they will just do the right thing with me and continue to pay off my winnings and in future other players won't have so many hassles with them

Just a quick note 2 let every1 know that I finally got my full winnings.. it tooks a few months and they paid me as agreed week by week $300 at a time.. just glad I got it all but still would never play there again. Way too much of a hassle to withdraw winnings. Never come across any casino like it and hope to never see it again. Cheers every1 for your advice n help on the matter
