penny0088
I recenly had some problems with crazywinners and their rediculous terms and conditions. I won $2200.00 and they paid me $200. I then wrote a complaint to Curaçao egaming in regards to their unfair terms and conditions. I got a letter back:Thank you for contacting Curaçao eGaming. Please be advised that Curaçao eGaming has never licensed Crazy winners. All information mentioned about Curaçao eGaming is false and misleading.Regards,Curaçao eGamingI'm a bit concerned about this.. has anyone else come across this before. I don't know much about online gambling licenses but if this casino is not licensed isn't it illegal for them to operate?

I don't know much about online gambling licenses but if this casino is not licensed isn't it illegal for them to operate? Well no I don't think its illegal for them to operate but this is very strange indeed! We have CrazyWinners Casino here and it clearly states they are licensed in Curacao. Just going back to basics for a moment...what were the reasons the casino gave you as to why they only paid you $200? Did you win the money as a result of a free bonus or a deposit made? Also have you opened a complaint with us about it yet?
cocopop3011
Okay Penny - I have just had a word with support and they tell me they are licensed in MALTA. It seems that we have the incorrect information here, I'll get this looked into tomorrow. Raptordinos and penny0088

What you stated here as information is really very concerning and I'm about to check all details. Unlicensed casino is a worse scenario than a rogue casino, so this should be clarified asap... Give me a couple of days and I'll come back with all the necessary information. penny0088, blondie, cocopop3011 and 1 other

penny0088
Within their terms and conditions it says their licensed by the government of Curaçao..
ValDes
Yeah, noticed that as well as the pathetic "no-forum-comments" rule... Someone from our team is about to contact CrazyWiners management any time soon and request them to clarify their license. cocopop3011
Great thank you I think I'm lucky to get even $200 out of them. Hopefully this will help warn others to stay away from them. There is not much information out in the world of google about crazywinners as it's in their terms and conditions that players are not allowed to write on public forms about this casino.. Hahaha! This casino is a joke - Their forum comment! What they don't expect players to post 'criticism' on a forum when they have such bad practise like this. And clearly not even their support know where they are licensed since I was told Malta! penny0088, Raptordinos and helenakp

penny0088
Got 2 coz u can only do 1000 at a time.. had 2 do 3 withdrawals... 1000, 1000 then 200. 2 declined n 1 paid... oh n its like 1000 allowed per week or something in their terms... Neva come across any of these rediculous terms before. Should have before playing instead of after.. oh well I won't make that mistake again.. Think I'll just stick 2 ones I know that pay proper like royal vegas n affiliates of theirs and videoslots Imagine if you won a jackpot at crazywinners hahaha it would be a nightmare.. oh only allowed to withdraw 10x ur deposit.. 1000 per week... would have to b a hefty deposit for a jackpot win Raptordinos
blondie
I am really in deep shock about this whole situation and Crazywinners unprofessionalism. In your case I guess I'd be happy that I got at least some money out of them. But really, even the fact support doesn't have a clue about their license is just awful. I still receive emails from them from time to time with small no deposit bonuses. I am really looking forward to see the final result- which license they have. But the no forum posts rule is ridiculous, not to say more. Imagine you use a common nickname and someone has registered with it on such large forum as askgamblers and started to complain about them. Then you'd have problems with the casino even though you weren't the one to post it Just a thought. penny0088

Account Managwr I sent them a resonse that said I will close the complaint when they have paid me my full winnings. I got another $200 in my neteller so I don't know whats going on.. trying to bribe me by the look of it.. so they have now paid $400 out of the $2200 I won. penny0088
Compensation?? For what? I'm talking about my winnings that I won from my deposit.. so they are pretty much saying that if I remove/ resolve my complaint they will pay me off on a weekly basis. Any advice. I've never come across anything like this before in all the years I've been playing at online casinos.
