Why would I stop playing there, if PP is at fault? PP is known for having a buggy game history

because they wont pay someone 52k euros thats why how about that, and many others havent been paid out for sums of 10K euros or more each. how about that.

@Potatohead You can carry on playing at your favourite DelOro Casino if you like, but if your screenshots do not show the required PP Betting History, then your entry will not be accepted!

No PP Bet History may be due to the casino's settings and may not be due to Pragmatic Play. That's why some certain casinos have blank Bet History pages but all others have proper pages.

Absolutely. Its a casino which is highly rated at AG. In future if I get good offers at Deloro I will play there too. As long as it's listed at Askgamblers there is absolutely no reason to stop playing.

@Potatohead can you try this..... go to Deloro casino transaction on computer or desktop mode. Then go back to hit where you got your win. Just below that there is going to be debit. Can you take that screenshot? I have added my screenshot for guidance.

Hold up, I misread at first - it's still not showing the bet amount?

How is that possible? My screenshot is over a month old and still showing Debit and credit.

Didn't get to check it yet, was just looking at your screen there

EDIT: aaah, now I can see it - was too small on the phone to actually read it.

I'll try to get that from the chat instead, made at least 1000 spins since then

but solid 10/10 for your input, thank you

Quite condescending for a mod, lol

+ most of my previous entries at PP contests were from Deloro

it's PP's industry standard to have issues with their replay history, it's literally a meme in the gambling community 😂

This is an allegation and not proven at all - in fact it’s been disproven twice in two different forums. But please let’s keep this conversion in the correct place. Any player is allowed to play at DelOro - the OP of that topic has proved nothing.

I think the PP representative can check it faster, no?

ID 3939202992

@cocopop3011 whom may I contact for checking the ID?

We will only check this as a last resort so please try and get what you need from the casino and id also advise id this casino is not giving the proof you need to change casinos as we wouldn’t be able to get a rep to check every win as you do need to meet the conditions of the contest ☺️

Based off an allegation - If we didn’t let people lay at casinos every time a player made an unforced allegation there’d be no casinos to play at. Please remember - he has submitted what he has - two sites have received evidence otherwise. OP claimed they are falsified - we could say his are falsified. Responses from AI are completely irrelevant, we live in the real world here not AI.

I'm having doubts about this "moderator", she knows the right comments to post! @Afi4wins maybe AI too......maybe. Like 5% maybe 😜. Phenomenal posts tbh!

Let's say that all moderators and staff are AI. Oh gosh, AI running the world, no more room for humans. 😨

@cocopop3011 There's one more issue that needs your clarification and/or confirmation:

@formerPokerpro submitted a 937x winning entry but the game was played at Snatch Casino with bonus money (SND currency).

Some time back, there were discussions held about certain casinos converting all bonus money into crypto equivalents, and were subsequently not accepted for contests. Snatch Casino was one of those casinos discussed.

The screenshots shows fiat currency symbol but the bonus money used is actually in SND (Snatch Dollar), Snatch Casino's own currency, whereby 1 SND is equivalent to 1 USDT (crypto).

So, is formerPokerpro's submission valid for this contest (this may affect other future contests too), or not be valid due to the SND currency used, even though fiat currency symbol was shown in the screenshots.

I never had an issue with them, and as you can see above, I've played a fair bunch at Deloro and made some big withdrawals, which were always instant.

In my entire gambling "career" I never encountered a Casino which didn't pay; the worst cases were delayed payments.
Neither did I ever meet someone in all those years who ran into any issues besides delayed payments, unless they breached the T&C or didn't provide the required documents.  (I exclude those people, that play on shady (crypto)casinos, that aren't listed anywhere, lol)
Just do a rough probability calculation >

example:
Casino is listed on AG, listed in the top 20, is certified (results in a LOT of traffic for 'em)
Casino has a weekly withdrawal traffic of lets say, a mere 30 people
Casino has 10 complaints per year (including unreported cases)

30x52 = 1560 withdrawals
10 / 1560 = 0.6% of players encountered a problem, which either got resolved or was not resolved

and furthermore, if you look closely at the reports, in plenty of cases it's the user's fault > wrong documents, didn't understand T&C (especially bonus T&C) etc.

Hmmm - we rejected this screenshot before didn’t we? Just trying to remember what happened the last time this came up?  I did exclude it did I?

You do not need to explain or justify why you’ve played here, you’ve not done anything wrong don’t worry.
