    A friend made an account and they told him the free spins would be credited tommorow. The next day they told him again to come the next day. I really want to see how many next days it will take to get some miserable 10 free spins...

    I see, however calling a casino certified with the AskGamblers Certificate of Trust a joke only because your friends free spins were delayed is a bit too much in my humble opinion.

    Maybe, but really delaying free spins from a valid promo for 3 days? For me that's just rude behavior and false advertising. I mean it's just 10 free spins it's not like you're gonna win 100 euros from them. It's nothing and they make a big deal out of it.

    Agree that waiting 3 days for only 10 free spins could be frustrating and confusing, however there could be some reasons for that delay which we do not know. 

     

    Anyways, my request was to be more careful when using such harsh words against any casino, let alone an AskGamblers certified one and especially when it wasn't you who had that unpleasant experience.

    There are worst things than delayed free spins, what about delayed payment? or worst, your winnings not paid at all?

    I understand the confusion but give them some slack mate it's not the end of the world.

    Why anyone would claim some ' miserable ' bonus offer ?
