anyone had problems with Super Casino

Has anyone had a problem with Super Casino, I deposited £2,000 playing with them for a month, they then blocked my account and asked for verification details, I sent the documents over, and then they kept requesting the same documents even though I had sent them, they for some reason do not want to un block my account? Should they have done all this verification before I had deposited all that money? I know you will all say I am a fool, and I will agree with you.

Your certainly not a fool so don't worry about that.

 

That's quite a sizeable amount of deposits there. Unfortunately there are very few casinos out there that require documentation before you deposit. In an ideal world every casino would do this and then you'd never have to worry about falling short of verification problems.

 

Super Casino, if I'm honest hasn't got the best reputation however the majority of their complaints have been resolved. What I would suggest is if you would like to continue playing here you may Open a complaint  and see what response they come back with. To be honest from what you have said I can't work out why they wouldn't want to reopen your account. Good luck and let us know what you decide to do.
