So...I'm almost ready to blow my top now! Literally. Another conversation with live chat. Now they are saying they never received my second document! Even though I sent it to the exact same email address, from the exact same email address and it's showing as SENT in my mailbox! So, a 3rd document has been sent. Just try to remain calm and don't let them piss you off. They count on this, they want you to lose temper and play back your money. Well you know how much of a hot head I am, but I have to admit when it comes to speaking to people on live chat I generally am able to keep my cool and I'm never rude so I'll be patient to them and just vent my anger here! I have a feeling that future withdrawals would run much more smoothly. Even though the withdrawal process on this occasion was not very good I will definitely be returning to the casino after Christmas. So next time I have a withdrawal I'll be sure to let you know!
