Bwin Slot error.

So i was playing at BWIN and they have some kinda weird system that the funds gets tied to the game you play.. Anyway i deposited 50 ish and got a 100% match bonus. Played Raging Rhino and had my balance up to 140 playing at 0.40 then it went allitle down and i switched to bruce lee.

 

Betting 0.90 a spin i get the 3 chest for the bonus round but the game freezes.... Im thinking ok, maybe my computers flashplayer fedd upp, so i reload the game it respins the chest and freezes again... Over and over again. I contact support(via phone!! since there is no chat avalible) They have to forward to techical department and since its sunday they tell me i might have to wait.

 

And also they tell me that the bonus round might be lost... WTF? Same thing happened to me at unibet they fixed it in a couple of minutes and the bonus round was triggered when i reopened the game.

 

I took a screenshot of the spin and it shows some kind of ID number for the spin. Im sure WMS can access this and see how much the bonus round would have paid??

Well yes you would think so, isn't that just one of the reasons why they have such numbers?? To track things like this. I can't see why the bonus round would be lost! Have you had a reply back yet?

Yes, their system locks the balance to the games u play. So my whole balance is unavalible until they fix this.

 

Saw a thread on another forum where another player had the same issue. Game round wouldent complete and balance was stuck, took them several weeks to fix it....

 

Talked to them again and they just keep on saying its been forwarded but they cannot give me a timeframe.

 

I have tried 3 different browser so the problem seams to be on their or the game providers end(WMS)

Pretty shameful that a powerhouse like Bwin doesn't have 24 hour support let alone live chat. And to think they sponsored some Real Madrid, AC Milan and Manchester United.

 

Used to play there a lot back in the days, mainly sportsbetting since their slot offering was limited. Can't remember the last time I played there. Everything should be logged though and WMS can prolly track it down by the round ID and solve it accordingly.

This seams to be an issue with WMS tough As i said it happened to me at unibet aswell. But they fixed it relatively quick. I bet my bonus will expire before bwin fixes it lol

Fixing such in-game error could take anywhere from couple of minutes to couple of days... Depending on how 'pushy' the relevant casino department is when when communicating with the relevant software vendor department and so on...

 

I would advise to give bwin today and tomorrow to fix your issue and to extend your bonus time frame. If they failed to do that, you know what to do, you have enough experience with using our complaints system already.

Opned the game today and my balance was resett to the amount before the freespin triggered.... The bonus round was gone.. I continue playing and get three chests again and the exact same thing happens... The game is broken and now i lost 2 bonus rounds.. WORST CASINO I HAVE EVER PLAYED IN!!!!

 

I submitted a complaint with screenshot of both cases clearly showing the game round ID number. I want my money refunded. 

 

I woul seriously advice people against playing in this place as it seams their software does not work propperly....

Damn im pissed off right now... Imagine if i hit 4 wilds and 3 chests or something simimlar? Would have been several thousand euros that i lost. What kind of casino does this? This is so insanly piss poor customer service.

 

There is a thread at casinomeister where a person played blackjack and the same thing happened to him. Also seen some other person had same issue on WMS game Kronos. This casino is ripping people of, stealing winnings. 

 

Lets face it 3 chest on bruce lee will never pay thosuands x stake. But fore all i know those two bonus rounds on 0.90 pr spin could have paid several hundred euros. The odds of them paying 0 are about 0 loll.

 

Maaaaaan im angry right now. When i finally seam to win something this happens to me... Its like the whole world wants to ***** me over..

 

I have exlcuded from all the good sites it seams, im left with the bottom of the barrel.. Better to quitt all together as i have had nothing but problems with this sites latley.. Seams every casino running outside of malta are shady as f.....

Yes, i submitted a complaint with screenshots of both spins. There should be no problem for WMS to find these spins in their logs and tell the casino the outcome of the spins...

 

It might be that their casino is not MAC or OS X compatible. But i have never seen this happen before two time in a row. It seams its the game itself tough, because Raging Rhino(also WMS) worked fine(had several bonus rounds)

 

I feel cheated. And yes, if they cannot figure out what these spins should have paid i feel like i should get some sort of compensation. 

 

An average 3 chest bonus round on Bruce lee almost ALWAYS triggers "big win" and that starts at 25x stake. I would say an average bonus round like that pays around 25-100x stake. So basicly i most likley lost somewhere between 50-200 euros in winnings, who know maybe even more.

The spin in the video shows i trigger the bonus round, but nothing happens/bonus round dont load....

I dont know if ive won or lost since the spin does not complete/bonus round does not load. Screenshot is showing game round id. Same thing as in video happened twice. Everytime i open the game it just loads the same spin and then nothing happens

The same as what happens to luckyloser when I get onto the bonus spin it freezes, I come off and go back on and it says "You have 1 or more unfinished games. One unfinished game will open each time you re-login." and it seems to just reload the same spin with the bonus and freezes. 

 

I had excepted the 100% bonus from the Party Casino website where you only have 5 days to play 20 times the amount which is £50*20= £1000 but I only played with the Bruce Lee slots from day 1 where the problem occurred and now only have 2 days to play with the money left and bonus (which I guess they should do something to let me play with once solved). 

 

I contacted somebody from the Casino and this is what they said:

 

you will lose your bonus round winnings and we will credit your buy-in amount £37
