    I have dealt with many people as u all have. There are some support agents that are a step above the rest.

     

    Alex/Sam from luck and next are amazing and always efficient.

     

    Thi baud from DUBLIN is incredible

     

    Nat from LEO is also amazing....

     

    Amanda from video slots(sorry for the swearing back then) is a pure professional.

     

    BUT.......there is one agent who basically leaves everyone in his wake....

     

    RYAN from NETBET..... This guy is fast, efficient, fixes every problem without even having to ask, polite and always ready to be there for a player. Good job Ryan...

    :o  I'm terrible for remembering names so I'm sorry I can't give anyone the recognition they deserve, but I too have come across some great customer support agents!

     

    One of my best ever chat conversations is at a casino which I don't even remember now! How bad is that! My memory is just awful. But she was so friendly we were literally chatting about everything in life, not gambling at all!

     

    However some of best support agents come from Guts Casino, VideoSlots, Redbet and BetAt. Trada Casino also have great customer support although my experience there is very little at the moment but I'd like to think the service I received last week is consistent.

     

    Flipping this over to the worst customer support - hands down SkillonNet Casinos!

    Agent? The only agent I dealt with was Bond...James Bond! I had to dish out some money first for himt! hahaha.

    Like Amanda from video slots.... Ah man... Did I let her have it last year.

     

    She never stopped being respectful, professional, and did everything possible to try and make everything right. She is amazing.

     

    Ryan from from Netbet is wow... No words.

     

    A few months ago I asked him to make it impossible for me to reverse my withdrawals because they have a 48 hour timeframe, within 10 minutes it was done

     

    Just some agents are better than others.

    When it comes to top of the top support agents I would stick with BetAT and Daniel. Daniel is a VIP Customer agent and I could talk about anything with this guy. And I really mean anything - bonuses, promos, free spins, RTPs, recent new games and changes, providers, weather, destiny... :D But above, I appreciate the fact that Daniel is always fair and honest with me and to date he never ever gave me misleading or inaccurate info. And this is everything I want from a casino rep. Way to go, Daniel, you are the best! :good:
