Welcome to our next Ask Me Anything session. This time, we are joined by a Representative from Wishbone. First, please help me in giving them a very warm welcome to our forum  

Wishbone has launched a brand new game called Phoenix Reign. You may also be familiar with some of their other games, Kingfisher Rising or Ammit Hellfire.

Looks like Wishbone is a new provider in the I gaming industry. They only have 4 slots and there are only 6 casinos listed on AG with their games.

I tried playing their demo games but unfortunately they are restricted for my region.

My question to Wishbone is that do you guys have any plans to enter my region (India) in the near future? 

Also, since you are a new provider what methods are you using for exposure- social media, advertising on affiliate sites or casino streamers?

they also made some games for games  global.

imo all games global games, wishbone ones included, lack something. they all seem to be low volatile and u ll never hit big on them. thats a shame because some of them look great and have fun mechanics.

 

i dont know what happended to them because the above was not the case many years ago

Welcome to the forum! Personally I have never heard of any wishbone slots before today. I did take a look of your website and tried a few of the slots, fatter Fish festival was pretty interesting. It seems like you dont offer any bonus buy slots and the max win in your games is just 6kx, any plans to change this in the future?

We’ve actually been around since 2022 and have 38+ slots live across regulated markets. The games showing here on AG are promo titles, so it’s not the full picture of our catalogue or where we’re live. You can find the full portfolio on our official site if you’d like a look.

We’ve also got three new releases lined up, with Thor Unleashed launching on the 30th.

Hey, really appreciate you being honest about it, and thanks for the welcome

I get what you're saying. A lot of our recent titles have leaned toward a more medium to high volatility profile but are more balanced, and that can definitely feel “safer” compared to other studios where max wins feel more within reach. Part of that shift has been market-driven (different jurisdictions, broader player bases, compliance, etc.), but that doesn’t mean we don’t hear players who miss the punchier stuff.

We’re actively discussing volatility profiles internally, especially around max win potential and how we can introduce more “big moment” mechanics without losing the core entertainment value. It’s a tricky balance, but feedback like this genuinely helps steer future design decisions.

So yeah, challenge accepted! Keep an eye out for our upcoming release, Gates of Colossus, on the 20th of May! Hopefully we’ll win you back with the next few releases

Thanks for checking the games out, and glad you found Fatter Fish Festival interesting! 

You’re right, we haven’t gone heavy on Bonus Buys so far, and our max wins have been more conservative compared to some of the more ultra-high volatility studios out there. That’s been a deliberate choice up to now, partly regulation-driven in certain markets and partly because we’ve focused on longer session play rather than extreme spike potential.

That said, the industry and player appetite are evolving fast. We’re exploring different math models and feature structures, including higher max win potential. Bonus Buys and Ante Bets are often market-dependent, but they’re definitely part of ongoing internal discussions for future releases.

We’ve got Gates of Colossus landing on 20th May, and we’ll be sharing more about that closer to launch.

Thanks for giving the demos a try, and sorry they’re restricted in your region.

Right now we operate strictly in licensed and regulated markets, so availability depends on local licensing and operator agreements. We don’t have plans to enter India in the near future, but it’s always something we keep an eye on as markets evolve

As for exposure, we’re still growing, so a lot of our focus is on building strong relationships with operator partners and getting good positioning at launch. We’re active on social media and in industry channels too (feel free to stalk our LinkedIn), but ultimately it’s about getting the games in front of players in the right way.
