First of all there is no way that N1 interactive is better than Direx N.V  IMHO.

2nd of all I believe we have someone who was going through the same thing of picture not clear, we cannot see the screen in background etc @Afi4wins could share some light on his experience with the Tranello or Araxio N.V.

AYE! I was perhaps the first AG member to be asked to submit a selfie, holding my ID, AND, with my laptop screen showing their email, in the background!
