Hoping for a smooth withdrawal

Hi I am new to this forum and I sure wish Id looked for this venue before now. I am one of those players that barely wins and when I do I usually spend all my winnings. After 2 years of playing I put in my first withdrawal for 2500 and i am 2 days into it and I'm very frustrated with the run around i am getting so far. Reading your forum I see that the my issue is the same as many others about residency and utility bills. The casino had asked before for this when asked to submit documents for deposit purposes and I explained I didn't have any in my name but submitted bank statements with my address and there was no issue but there sure seems to be now. In the last 48 hours I have submitted over 40 images 6 official documents that are government issued. What I thought was going to be an easy step has got me very concerned.I have just recently made diamond status in loyalty and I guess I will soon soon find out if that means anything at all. I will wait another day and see how this goes before I post a complaint I really liked playing at this casino and hope this does turn out fine.

Sorry to hear you are having problems with your withdrawal. First and foremost I'd just like to reassure you that's first withdrawals always take longer than subsequent withdrawals. So I would say that 2 days so far is about right. However this would also depend on the casino. Would you mind telling us which is the casino in question?

 

Secondly, a bank statement in your name showing the address registered at the casino should be perfectly acceptable as a utility bill. You'll also need to send photographic ID such as a driving license or passport - have you been able to do this yet?

 

If you are able to confirm these details we should be able to offer more advice for you. And try not to panic I'm sure you will get your winnings very soon.

I would pick the one with Certificate of Trust  from Askgamblers, then I will rather play at Casino with eCogra license then Curacao license for example.

 

And TCs! So may times happen that players arent aware of the rules and after they meet WR or they play without bonus , make win and wanna withdraw, they get frustrated because of their own ignorance.

this particular one is 7 sultans but I play at 5 of the Fortune groups , Royal Vegas , Platinum , Vegas palms , Euro and as far a I know there all the same. I did send in my photo id and bank statement and bank card weeks ago which had been approved for deposits when I had deposited using my card in my daughters account not realizing my computer was logged into another account. I notified them and i wasn't disputing the funds it was my error but i had to get my card unlocked so i went through the process .

 

I have resubmitted  Photo id , Medical card , Canada Revenue taxation assessment , also a copy of a disability payment as well as my bank statements. Four of these are Government issued and show my address .

 

I  maybe jumping the gun but when there support team gives me conflicting story's i start to panic . One tells me my documents are not clear enough to resend , another tells me they haven't received another says I need a utility and after I've sent in each document i get a reply saying allow 24 - 48 hours they will be in touch with me . I've got 3 of those so far the latest being 6:45 am this morning . Auto responses i'm sure.

I don't know if this should matter but I did receive some substantial  loyalty points which converted to cash no bonus at all. I would think this has no effect on my withdrawing

something is going on i looked in my account and it shows refunds for my requests and it showed my balance as refund now i just looked and this is what is says
