My username is merino54 in CM I don’t need to speak to CM about DelOro Casino in general - what they think of this casino is none of our business. I’m asking you have you submitted a complaint there? If so I will chat to them to see what they concluded, if you didn’t then I have no need to chat with them Quote

bp54 Posted 3 hours ago Author Posted 3 hours ago 1 hour ago, cocopop3011 said: And how did they conclude it? The casino said there was no evidence of third party activity but stopped responding when we asked for evidence to support that claim. In the end we were unable to decide in favour of either party due to insufficient evidence. The Casinomeister Warning against Del Oro will be updated to include this latest incident as further evidence of dubious casino activity and grounds for our caution to players against using this casino. Case closed." - Max https://www.casinomeister.com/online-casinos/reviews/del-oro/ cocopop3011 1 Quote

bp54 Posted 34 minutes ago Author Posted 34 minutes ago By the way, after you scolded that member for using AI to claim that forums are basically just a front for casinos, here’s something that isn’t AI—it’s the opinion of a REAL person! cocopop3011 1 Quote

bp54 Posted 26 minutes ago Author Posted 26 minutes ago @cocopop3011 I'll tell you something: if I can't reach an agreement with them and have to lay everything I have out there, I want to see your reaction—and the reaction of the entire AskGamblers team! And then we’ll really see whose side you’re on—the players’ or the casinos’—since you advertise for them and make money off of it too. After all, if influencers get paid for their Instagram posts, then a forum that runs casino ads should get paid too! Quote

Let me reassure you of something here now. AskGamblers does not allow ANYONE to buy reviews on our site - so your screenshot has no credibility whatsoever. Quote

I respect what you said, but as I mentioned, if Instagram influencers earn between €1,000 and €5,000 for posting ads, it makes me wonder if the forums they participate in and advertise on don’t earn anything either? I’m speaking in general terms, not about AskGamblers specifically! Quote

After all, if influencers get paid for their Instagram posts, then a forum that runs casino ads should get paid too! I am on neither your side or the casinos. I am a forum admin - I do NOT protect casinos any casino regardless of whether or not we have them on our page - and any long standing members will tell you that I am never biased towards any casino. If i genuinely think a casino has wrong doing, I’ll try and help - which I have with you. You already know I cannot override the complaints decision. So regardless of whether I think you’re telling the truth or not I can’t do anything about it. However / going off what you’ve told me - that two sites received proof bets were made from your location means your allegation loses credibility- mainly because both LCB & GURU have absolutely no reason to lie that they’ve received that proof. Listen - if you manage to get your money from then I’ll be happy for you, if you genuinely didn’t make those bets then absolutely keep fighting. bp54 1 Quote
