They haven’t proven it and can’t prove it because I didn’t do those things.

I just want you to understand that they aren’t dealing with a player who lost money gambling; they’re dealing with a player who has extremely serious evidence against them that proves everything I’ve said from day one.

And I know you have nothing to do with this—you’ve already explained it to me—but if this doesn’t go as I hope and I post more of the information I have here, and they continue to defend this casino, that proves one thing:

That they pay the forums handsomely to defend them, so there’s no impartiality....

Now let’s see.....

The only evidence I have that they sent was what I posted here from the logs they sent to MIFINITY to prove it was me, which actually shows that it was rigged.

I’ve been fighting this for 8 months; if it really had been me playing, I would have given up by now. I wouldn’t have gone through all this trouble.

Let me answer you,

If you want to hear another story, ask them here. LCB.ORG did everything except act as a mediator; they didn’t even bother to look at my evidence, and then they made excuses saying they couldn’t evaluate it, etc.... But when the casino sent theirs, suddenly they were able to evaluate and confirm it—it’s laughable.

Another thing:
I can’t access what they sent, but they have access to what I sent.

As soon as they sent their evidence, they closed the case. As far as I know, a mediator is supposed to mediate, not take sides!

Both forums have now come to the same conclusion. They do not need to show you the proof. If we receive proof of the same kind, for example, we do not release that proof to you. But if they are happy the proof satisfies the reults then the complaint is closed. The purpose is not for you to receive the proof but just for the proof to exist. And neither of those sites would say they received proof the bets were made from your location if they didn't see this.

Fake evidence?

But they didn’t even check what I sent them—do they check the evidence when the casino sends it?

I have logs that are fake and tampered with, and yet they still side with the casino?

Sorry, but that just proves something’s wrong here. Search for “token” and you’ll see that the log image they sent to Mifinity has been tampered with!
