Our logo on their website merely means we have reviewed the site, and nothing more! I will read through your thread tomorrow but yes the logo does not accredit the site in any way shape or form.

Okay, I am checking this casino with our team as it has a very good rating here and received a Certificate of Trust in 2024. Please allow me some time to get back to you and read through what the original issue is here.

However, on my initial first inspections I can see that the casino does have a valid license and it is also clearly displayed.. If you are browsing from a certain VPN this may mean you don't see the license seal  - and that is perfectly normal.

@bp54 I have spoken with our complaints team, and unfortunately, as previously advised, they do suggest that you contact the regulator on this case. 

AskGamblers is aware of a lot of the issues this casino is experiencing, and I have just requested an URGENT review of our current Casino Rating. I will let you know once I have more feedback.

@bp54 Both I and the team have been looking at Deloro Casino closely today and even though we are taking your situation with them seriously, we are not able to currently lower their CasinoRank due to the fact they currently have a good standing at AG. We have looked at complaints which have a good history of being resolved, and there are more than 300 player reviews that are rating them 9.5 + .

However, I strongly now encourage you to wirte a review for this casino so I can get it published ASAP. Negative reviews will impact their score - I will also be checking the backlog to see if this casino has any outstanding reviews. 

I'm sorry we can't accept the complaint, that one is out of my hands I'm afriad.

Good morning, Just let me inform you that I am not using any VPN. When you say you can't do anything, and that I should contact the responsible authorities, which ones are you referring to? Can't you accept my complaint? At least to call someone responsible from the casino? This has been a huge struggle for me! Please help me! You have resolved complaints here! Where do I write my review? That's where I have to use a VPN since it doesn't appear.

Unfortunately, I cannot override the complaints department I am so sorry. Yes please switch on a VPN (Finland will work) and you can access our DelOro Casino Review page. You can then write your review, please tru to be detailed and I will honour your review to be published quickly.

Tell me just one thing, which competent authorities are you referring to? The complaints team should analyze that, based on the evidence I have, this casino—at least in my case, I don't know about other cases—did something very wrong; they can't give such a high score to a casino like this.

You are advised to go to the licensing body as they have reviews your case and decided we car offer the further help you need here.  However, as advised the casino has a high score because it has good standing - you can check yourself.  Please see the player reviews on our site they are mostly good & the casino handles complaints quite well too and these are major things that impact the scores.

If they handle complaints well, the department should please open mine; it's the only way to talk to them. They've already blocked me; as soon as I enter the live chat, they disconnect me. I ask the complaints team to help, since they say they handle complaints well, but the amounts shouldn't be this high.

Unfortunately the link of the licence expires when you copy it. 

@bp54 will have to go to Delorocasino.com and click on license himself and then file complaint.

If you click on the link I have pasted above it shows its invalid. But when I copy it from Deloro its valid. I believe it's a security measure for Anjouan.
