Hello team,

I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding a withdrawal issue on the 1xBet application. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to complete a single withdrawal.

Details of the Issue:

Location: Egypt

Deposit Methods Used: Credit Card and Instapay

Previous Withdrawals: Successfully processed via Instapay

Current Situation:

The only available withdrawal options on my account are Visa and Mastercard.

I have attempted withdrawals to my credit card multiple times over the past 3 days with varying amounts. Each attempt fails with the error message: “Declined by operator. (Payment processing error)” within 10–15 minutes.

Actions Taken:

Contacted the security department via my registered email approximately one week ago, as advised by the support team on chat, to request activation of Instapay as a withdrawal method.

Made deposit using Instapay to facilitate activation, but the option remains unavailable.

Despite repeated follow-ups on chat for the past week, the issue remains unresolved.

I am prepared to provide any necessary documentation to verify my case. Please prioritize resolving this matter, as I urgently need Instapay activated as a withdrawal method.
