BetPanda refusing payout

Hello everyone, sorry if posting in the wrong corner of the site. As you can see BetPanda is using AskGamblers to trick customers into thinking they are legit and then refuse payouts based on some 'provider investigation' saying my bets are targeting their odds early. 
Why is that anyones problem? They posted odds, anyone places bets and then if you win its a problem. 

I request people to investigate this as I believe I am not the only one having this issue with them

Hi and welcome to the forum - could you give us a little more context to this?

Yes of course. I have had an accout with them for some 2.5 months, in that time frame I have exclusvely placed bets on tennis, which luckily for me have won, I've withdrawn in the meantime with no issues, only for them to ask for my KYC, which I provided the moment they asked for. 
Once they have verified my account, they proceeded to disable it quoting their TOS.. How is betting on lines that move your way a wrong thing? Do they only accept customers who are heavy losers? As of right now there is some $1500 on the account they are refusing to pay out.

I want to add as well, they they are refusing to provide their ADR contact in order to escalate this further as well as usage of AskGamblers logo on their bottom part of the site, which had led me to believe they are more reputable than they actually are.

The standard would be to pay you and then close your account or limit your bets.

The term they are quoting is vague bullshit,  it's just an excuse to not give you your money. No legit book does this.

If you aren't paid betpanda are thieves.

They have a lot of unresolved complaints... hope you get your money.

What they are playing here is a game of words where they are trying to pull 'provider said it so must be true'. 
Which does not make sense. If you have markets offered, and I or anyone else places a bet and you accept, you are obligated to pay those bets out. 

The worst part besides them refusing payout is that they are also refusing to provide their license and ADR contact so I can take this further as this is a clear violiation of their license.

I am writing this to warn all players about Betpanda.io. It is a fraudulent organization that hides behind a Costa Rican registration (Star Bright Media SRL) and refuses to pay out legitimate winnings.
My account (fifastreetru mail.ru) was suddenly blocked with a balance of over 5,200 USDT. When I contacted customer support (Ticket ID: OQ5ISO), they accused me of "arbitrage betting" on live sporting events without providing a single shred of evidence.
This is a direct violation of any fair play standards. They claim their "bookmaker provider" flagged my bets as "too profitable," which is a ridiculous excuse for stealing a player's money.

I've already filed a complaint on AskGamblers and Bitcointalk. If you value your money, stay away from Betpanda. They'll let you deposit, but steal your funds as soon as you win.
