fb_417862301748613
A friend recently recieved a refund from a casino for 600 gbp around 4 days ago, she then received another for the same ammount today. Has this ever happened to anyone and what is the Outcome? She already advised the company that she would cancel her card as she has a gambling problem and doesn't wish to have this happen again. She's moved the money to a different account and hasn't recieved any notification email or anything from them to say they have made a mistake so what will happen now? It's clearly there fault for messing up right? Experienxes please.
Awena
Hi there.. welcome to AskGamblers and I am not sure that I understand well. Is this cashback you are talking about , received twice ? If so,I would notify casino by sending email but is this the thing here ?
ValDes
Contact casino immediately and notify them for what happened. In case the casino financial department made a mistake and paid twice, they will request the questioned transaction to be rejected anyways. Welcome to the AskGamblers forum by the way. MacdoniS
I have seen many of this cases and in the end the casino always guarantee that they will get their money back if it's a mistake.... Please remember that your/her information about your personal details was stored in there databases you can't escape/hide to them. That's why in order to avoid future struggle just report it to their casino.
