cocopop3011
Hello everyone! Yes I am still here I promise I am just so busy there are not enough hours in the day at the moment and with school coming to a close for the summer holidays everything is hectic at the moment. But I do have a question I would like to ask you all and its about complaints! I am just wondering how many of you have actually made a formal complaint to a casino? I have to say I have been quite lucky in my gambling career and have never really experienced any massive problems that have led me to make an official complaint to a casino whereby I would have to go through the complaints process. I have however made two complaints via AskGamblers once was resolved perfectly, the other the casino did not reply! And following on from this have any of you ever taken your complaint further let's say to a third party organization or a licensing jurisdiction? If you are currently waiting on a reply for a complaint already submitted to a third party its best you don't tell us yet as I know they do not like people discussing it in such forums. But please share with us all your experiences (if any). It may be that you have never made a complaint - tell us anyway! helenakp
Of course i have hun and believe it or not they are all conected with bonuses. So far i have 4 complaints and 3 of them are successful resolved ,thanks to ASKGAMBLERS and the last one i am waiting an answer from their licencing jurisdiction ,well honestly dont expect it would be solved ,but i had to do that, because i dont like when someone makes accusations not 1 but 3 (they gave me 3 different answers on 3 different sites )and none of them are true ,LIARS,so had to do that Raptordinos
Toiletseat
Count me in too . One time I made a official complaint regarding a welcome bonus I did not receive. At first I tried to solve the issue with the casino myself, by email. The casino gave me a 0 on my request. After making the complaint here at AG suddenly the casino honoured my request, and still gave me the welcome bonus. Raptordinos
blondie
No, I haven't made any complaint so far and I really hope I can continue like that (aka that I won't have any problems) Raptordinos
Raptordinos
Fortunately the few issues I have ever had in casinos have been solved via chat or by email, so I haven´t made formal complaints so far. blondie and LilianInThaHouse
LilianInThaHouse
I had submitted one single complaint so far via AskGamblers and it was solved successfully. I had problems with different casinos in the past but back then I didn't know about AG. Raptordinos

ValDes
Guess how I find AskGamblers back in 2012? ... No need guessing, I'll tell ya anyways. I found AskGamblers exactly because of its complaints system! I had a serious issue with Slot'o Cash back then and wondering what to do, then googled casino complaints and found AskGamblers. Posted my first complaint in February, after almost a month of getting the runaround from the casino and got it resolved in no time. Soon after I posted another complaint, this time against Tower Gaming, the casino does not exist anymore. My complaint was concerning a serious amount of money /at least according to my personal standards/ and it was resolved again very fast. Then I became a regular forum poster....And as they say, the rest is a history. Awena
Hey Valdesss!! I knew this fact but couldn't remember in the moment. About you finding AG trough complaints ... how sweet. We know, right!
Luciana
Hmmm not yet Because first I started working here and then started playing, so I was always privileged player, from very beginning. I used to ask managers if I'm allowed to play or they would notice my name and sometimes recognise me. But, thanks to you, I only played in decent casinos so far Awena
raverbabe
I've had to make a whole bunch of fairly trivial complaints over the years, but the ones that I simply will not tolerate are casinos that refuse to honour their advertised welcome/new player offers. I have some sympathy when the offer has been promoted by an affiliate if their reasoning for why it is no longer being awarded is believable, AND they offer me a reasonable alternative... On the other hand if I sign up at a new casino expecting, for example, a £20 no deposit bonus and the live chat tell me the offer is somehow invalid despite the fact they are currently advertising the offer via google, I will ask to have my account permanently closed immediately and never return - if a casino isn't prepared to honour the welcome offers they are advertising then how on earth can I trust them with my deposits? zerooo
I belive that if someone create/open complaint against some casino have better chances to solve the problem. i opened it at the beggining of this year one complaint, but they don't reply on it here at askgamblers. after long time of waiting i solved it through email with the casino support. FAZIII1
Of corse if player know he dont do nothing wrong dont break any rulez and have a problem.... casino dont wonna pay or find some ridicolus excuse to not pay . Then public complains is good idea to make better chance to succes resolved problem. But first if casino have staff person in forum is good idea send priv message to forum staff from casino with informations abaout problem in priv and ask to help. If casino dont have in forum staff then Just open complains write all importand informations to cleary explain all problem and if this casino is good take care abaout reputations then must answer in public complain - try resolved problem . Becose if somone write complain in big popular international gambling forum ( like ask gamblers) then a lot other players / visitors read complains and if we see - Casino just dont care dont answer ignored ( try cheting somone ) -- So we ( other players) dont be play in place like this who trade players bad and dont have time or dont wonna resolved possible problems..... Good casinos take care abaout reputations so after we make our problem to public issue then often better chance to got succes resolved . cocopop3011
Wow! So many replies thanks everyone for taking the time to answer! Interesting to hear everyones experiences! raverbabe
I have a recent complaint on-going with a casino I decided to self exclude from who are making it overly difficult and entirely unnecessarily complicated... I intend to name and shame if they don't do something about it soon. I've never self excluded before but I always expected it would just be straightforward, you tell them you have a gambling problem for example and they lock you out.... Here, my account is repeatedly not being closed and I continue to receive promotional emails and even an offer of a free NDB to stay a member! That can't be right can it? I've never self-excluded either but I too would expect this process to be a simple one and stress free! And I certainly would not expect to receive promotional emails from them after my request! I hope it gets resolved for you soon raver babe
ozhsv
I've made lots of complaints unfortunately since joining this site. If a casino breaches their terms (ie I still havent received a payout after their claimed waiting period) I will submit a complaint. This way it makes the problem public and Ive had a few issues resolved quite quickly after taking this route.
