Hi all,

 

Not sure if you guys and gals are aware, but BGO casino has just launched its new site.

 

If you are an existing customer and logged in since the start of the month, you'll also have a nice bonus chip waiting for you like I did!

 

I received $25 free, and while it didn't last long for me, I thought it was a very nice gesture.

 

My first impressions are that they have made a great improvement and added many more slots including Playtech and WMS.

 

They have also reinstated DOA!!!

 

One thing I wasn't to happy about was they removed MG slots, but I don't mind too much, as I'm excited to try the Playtech slots which I haven't played much of before.

 

They have also updated the bonus terms so it's much easier to understand, and now have 35x bonus wagering on all slots which is quite good.

 

There are a few excluded slots from bonuses, and sadly one is DOA, but besides this and a couple others like Victory and Ocean Blue, it looks like all other slots count 100%.

 

I played on mobile, and honestly the slots played probably the smoothest I have experienced on mobile before. One issue I did have was the mobile site automatically logged me out a couple times, but this could just be some early teething problems with the relaunch, so no big deal.

 

I have been a customer at BGO for some time now, and as they were predominantly a bingo site before, the slots side of things were a little lacking. So I'm really happy that this relaunch really looks to have catered for the real casino and slot players, and I'm glad for them.

 

I can also vouch that it is a trusted site, and for a long time I have dealt with their rep Paul, who is an absolute gentleman, and will do anything for his customers.

 

I'm going to send him a link to this thread, so hopefully he'll consider joining us here and meeting all you nice members.

 

So if you're already a member at BGO, check your accounts for a nice bonus, and if you haven't joined yet, I highly recommend you give them a try.

 

They have a great welcome bonus too!

Seriously, I'm glad that you like new BGO and hope they will have many many happy customers, both new and old ones. I still didn't try their new web, but will do this weekend, at least I hope so... :)

yep true ,they didnt have skrill deposit method when i wanted to deposit so i gave up,maybe they add some of the e-wallets  :rolleyes:

Yeah sorry everyone, I didn't notice the deposit options, as I only use CC there.

 

I'll mention the feedback to Paul.

 

Regarding the tech issues, maybe we can be a little patient with that, as it was a big relaunch with many new providers, so you can expect maybe a few early bugs. They only relaunched the site approximately 24 hours ago. ;)

 

I told Paul he should consider becoming an active rep here because everyone here is so nice and friendly compared to the evil CM, so let's please not make me look like a liar, lol. :)

 

They may not have all the options available, but like I said they are a site you can trust.

Yes i like BGO Casino,i made maybe 2 deposits there ,but since i am not using my credit card anymore i cant deposit there.If they could add Neteller ,that would be great  :)

If I had to rate casinos from 1 to 1000, this casino would be 1000, my screen name on this forum is because that particular casino who did not pay me my 9000 pounds when I won, that's almost C$18,000 That I won from a $50 free bonus, I open the account to ask gamblers because of them, since I had a reverse withdrawal issue over a year ago, I just got reversing and lost everything, they would not pay me, it was the most miserable experience I have ever had online.

Johnny, please! When you throw such serious accusations, make sure to explain the issue and give enough details so that everyone reading your post will easily know what happened and why your opinion is what it is. If you have already did that and post if in another thread, find it and post here the link... 

 

You are here for less than a day now and I'm already tired on keep explaining you all the same stuff again and again... :(

If the thread is there, I didn't see it because I am limited since I'm using my iPhone and cannot see everything, but I must've posted 100 pages about that ordeal.

New and improved it,s dire now , so what was it like. 2.7/10 on trust pilot , no telephone support no reply to emails and they confiscate thousands of your own money unrelated to any bonus. This thread is a shill or just wrong
