Hi  it's been 38 hours and waiting since my big win. The vip team said it takes 24 to 48 hours for game provider to verify the turnover??  And why my other smaller win with other games in pending too?  I am in cooling down for one day to stop me play with the winning money. please help thank you

For Bitstarz they are known to process withdrawals very quickly but judging by that amount won it'll take 48hrs or much longer. Verification checks, load volumes and all!
