Oh WOW...I'm actually lost for words!! Reading both this and the Treats from Tropica!! I can't believe that casinos like these are actually in operation with so much regulation these days. Absolutely shocking!! And even worse that they just keep getting away with it!

 

I'm so glad I never play at these kinds of casinos!

Once I was reading this complaint and I think Tropica has been paid the price of this just single action so expensive. Famous chat this one.

 

Are you trying to say we were too strict with Tropica and punished them by blacklisting due to a single complaints case?

Not too strict Guru, fair. I remember well, I arrived to this chat for the first time from a link posted on another popular forum, and this chat costed to Tropica their accreditation there and something else they call Batism by Fire that is a kind of recognition there. Can you imagine how many players could have lost this casino losing their badges there and blacklisted here at AG?.

Oh my, this as well as the Tropica casino chat was so awful, I felt like in a horror story situation, I am glad Tropica is blacklisted,  no matter what, noone should be treated this way. I am just so suprised how can any live chat be so disrespectful and rude.

Absolutely they are losing many players. I know that online casinos care about its reputation  here on AG . Once I had to file complaint against Golden Lady Casino and my problem was solved so fast. And i received many emails with excuses and to end my complaint and finally I received several ND bonuses.

Is Gibson another name for Tropica?!

 

 Well they definitely have similar attitudes to players..I avoid them both, when I read this and Tropicas' complaint, I was super shocked that someone can actually say all those things, all things above, a casino live chat agent.
