Vegas Red confiscated my winnings

Hi, I did not realize that there were maximum limits on bets while having bonus activce and place bet or bets over 15 which lead to my winnings being confiscated by Vegas Red. I am pretty sure it was on bacarrat while all my other plays on slots were definitlely bel;ow that amount. After this incident I started reading the terms and conditions of other playtech casinos for comparison, and realized that most besides William Hill owned playtech casinos have this mnaximum bet while playing under active bonus rule. However, most of the others will not confiscate the entire winnings with some requiring additional wagering for amount won on those particular bets ot void only those bets won over max allowed limit. I amn posting this here because I saw a similar post in the forum with player having similar issue at Royal Panda and was able to resolve throughnb member's assistance with contacts at the casino.. Could anybody here assit in recovering my winnings at Vegas Red as I did sign up using exclusive bonus for askgablers and perhaps we can work out something other than having my winnings confiscated in whole. It is not only Playtech, but Netent and others as well having bet limits for the bonuses.

Anyway, unfortunately, if you haven't carefully read their T&C and some restrictions are stated in it, not much that can be done.

Hi tchen - sorry to hear of your winnings being confiscated. But unfortunately as already mentioned this is a condition of the terms and conditions, so I don't think a complaint will actually suffice in this case.

Hello! Nice to meet you too.  I'm not too sure if I can really file a complain on this since I did break their T&Cs it's more like asking for a favor from you guys to see if there's anybody or rep out there who is able to assist. But I'm new to this and perhaps filing a complaint on this sort of matter has resolved problems with casinos before?   Let me know I will do whatever it takes.  

 

It wasn't like I was trying to take advantage of them, I believe i met the requiired wagering conditions early and since I'm here in Asia our times are very different so most of the time there are no chat support around.  It could have been that I was just playing around with chips and perhaps I had completed the wagering already when this happened and just did not make the withdraw yet. Again I could be wrong, will try to log in and see if I can pull some sort of data/report out of their system.

Yes, please see if you can take this matter with their reps and perhaps bargain for some deal of out it I guess.

I do see T&Cs of other casinos letting you wager to make up for the additional gains when this happens.  Thanks!

Here's the quote from Vegas Red general bonus terms and conditions. I believe it is rather clear now that you breached one of these terms, the one concerning the max 15 bet to be precise, and I guess there is nothing that could be done in such situation. Take it as an expensive lesson and make sure next time you gonna use a bonus, you'll carefully familiarize with all bonus terms and conditions prior claiming it.

 

 

7. Not all bets will count towards the Wagering Requirements. Sorry mate that happened to you, I have suffered the same situtation in the past and it is very dissapointing. As other mates already told you, it is better you take a look to terms before start spinning.
