I'm an avid sports fan and I think that my love for sports makes me a weak bettor. There were times wherein I would bet for the team I love rather than the "better team". That's one obvious weakness of mine and probably of other sports bettor too. I think this is where intellectual strategy comes in.

 Welcome Cop   I used to handicap football 2-3 yrs ago and I had a rule of thumb which was never bet on your team because it's hard to objectively analyse them. Then I stopped betting at all due to time constraints  and at the end of last year decided to take my gambling to the next level - Roulette I think sometime this year I may come back to my roots lol

anyone here played / playing Spin & Go at pokerstars? i played yesterday, but i had ˝bad˝ luck everytime when i signed up for this tournaments. i got prizes like x2 to x10, never more than that. how is this possible?! i played over 100 games for sure and i had only small prizes. anyone catch something bigger than that here ?

I was asked by the forum queen Luciana to write something on the forum and I couldn`t find it in my heart to let her down. Even though she is a lovely girl she doesn`t know s**t about either poker or sportsbetting so I agreed to help her out

 

First of I`ve been playing poker/sportsbetting for a living( in that order) for about 15 years and would gladly help you guys out if you have any questions about either of the two.  Been reading a few of the latest treads on the forum but since I can`t seem to get a clear picture of what you want to know exactly I think it would be easier to just start over. 

 

Would also try to post sportbets when certain bookmakers/casinos are out of line or quite simple if I find sportsbets to be of any value.  If that would be of any interest to you guys at all

 

So in other words bring on questions( since I have no clue what you already know and what you want to know more about) and I`ll answer them as best I can!

 

Glad to see another tipster here as well. Glad to also contribute and help out the community. I was recently featured and interviewed in the <SNIP> and predicted the Denver Broncos would win the Super Bowl months before it happened. Also had a nice feature in <SNIP" as well.

I never won anything big there. Biggest was 50x the buy in, but did not win it.

 

Spin n go are bad to most players, who just slowly lose money. The rake is quite high too.

You wrote straight about me! I often place bets emotionally and really on the team that I like more and then I really worry about them. And then I think why I did it! never again and it still happens and I do just that again.

Hey,

Sometimes I play poker at home with my friend. We use fake chips, as you can buy in many stores.

Recently the friend proposed to do blind bets before seeing cards. Not blinds (small and big one), but regular bets, without any knowledge about the hand.

Does it make any sense? I'm not really sure if I want to play like that.
