Dammit! We are almost there! The iOS version has not been released yet, the tech team is having final overview of it and I am hoping they will release the mobile iOS version any day now. So, it is almost here but not here today. I am guessing that next week it will be online, but don't lynch me if it is not there yet.

Thank you for your feedback. And yes, I think we should clarify this term a bit more as it could be misinterpreted. What this means that the processing time could be longer if we need to request your documents to verify your identity. This is standard across all regulated and serious casinos (and dodgy ones will take forever or look for an excuse not to pay out).

 

At some point, we are required to verify your identity and then we will request your ID, and utility bills. Sometimes this process can take few days as the players might not respond very promptly, or it also happens that we receive ineligible documents because the picture is blurry. Add weekend in the middle of this process and yes, in some cases it might take  5 days for the processing and for the money to arrive to your bank. However, this is far from the norm. We are working as fast as we can and the money is in your account within 24 hours, sometimes within 4 hours, it all depends on the queue of withdrawal requests and the time of day the withdrawal request was made.

Therefore, if I was a casino manager for this brand I would state only the time needed by my team to receive the withdrawal request, to consider the need of requesting verification documents, to check these documents, to approve the withdrawal and to send the money eventually. Whether a player will cooperate accordingly in this process is his/her own business.  

 

One more question though, hope you don't mind. How do you control country based restrictions applied by different providers used by your casino. For example, I'm from Bulgaria and could play freely most of your games, but I guess I could not play Playtech ones since Bulgaria is restricted in all brands powered by this software provider.
