I closed the complaint because I could make my withdrawal . I just want to tell the end ot the story, I have been payed on neteller this afternoon (1450 euros, because they were conftditions with the bonus) that makes this casino Golden lady quite serious for my point of view Have a nice evening and a successfull play ! It's good to hear your issue with the aforementioned casino is now over and also successfully resolved on top of all. One question though, hope you don't mind. And if you have a contact in Rival's, it could be fine because on winbig21 still nothing :-(((( Well, I can assure you everything within our powers is done, but we cannot make a casino respond or not to a complaint as this is all depends on the casino itself and no one else.
