DONT GAMBLE/DEPOSIT in Stake7 casino !!!

What happend to me is i make my first deposit at :Stake7 casino and they promised a welcome 100% bonus ,i never received it.

 

i login go to the cashier and there it say i have to fill in the bonuscode:FD100 (is active..i can use when i make a deposit..casino own words)

 

i deposit with paysafecard €10 and fill that bonuscode in and i only get my own €10 and NOT the welcomebonus.

 

I write the casino that i never get my welcomebonus and i received a email back that i allready get it before!!

This is a complete lie , my first deposit was at 26-11-2014 and they say it was on 19-04-2014,what is not true ,i looked iot up in transaction history from the casino and i was right i only deposit on 26-11-2014.

They get a email back from me i put it on the blacklisted casino,s because i want to warning gamblers that casino Stake7 is not honest tom their clients,and they don,t keep their promise !!!

Probably best if you ask where did he get the info from? probably someone used your IP address for signing up at the same casino.

Every bonus is allowed per 1 IP address or/ household/ person.

It's sad to hear your bad experience with this casino and I hope this problem will be solved asap.

Hello and welcome to our community.

 

I can see you have already posted a few complaints with us, all of them concerning various bonus related issues. Maybe, you should just try to read all these bonus terms and conditions more carefully or just pick only casinos that worth to play at.

Seems like a huge gap...quite a few months! Are you sure you didn't deposit and have just forgotten? (Just a suggestion)
