verifying BEFORE making a deposit

As a long time online casino user, one of the main issues I see for players is getting the money if you win, issues such as delays in verifying and other stall tactics are incredibly common. I don't see why online casinos can take your deposits before verifying you. Surely its best to get verified before you hand over any money. That would stop any casino using the verifying process as an excuse to delay any withdrawals. I strongly suggest if you play on  any online casinos to verify your account BEFORE making a deposit and keep the confirmation email

Hi lessleey :)

Yes, definitely obvious and eternal concern. It's so easy to take your money, but so strict to give.

There's no system that will prevent underaged person to register account and gamble, but without an ID, passport copy, utility bill copy and some other proves, you can't cash-back. Nonsense, but there's nothing we can do about it, for now..

Thanks Robby :)

Yes, in non-decent casinos, even the verification is not enough and doesn't guarantee you you'll get your money soon..or ever.

But, read Terms and Conditions in every casino you play and stick to recommendable casino lists, that affiliates like us, present ;)

At Rodeo I would encourage anyone to verify even before they make a deposit. This way I can yell at payment department if the withdrawal hasn't been processed in a timely manner :D

This is the main obstacle to popularity of online gambling and I think in the future we will see all this go much faster and by faster I mean instant withdrawals to e-wallets.

Imagine what the brick and mortar casino industry would be like if you had to bring your utility bill and scanned copies to the cashier guy only for him to tell you to come in 48 hours to pick up your cash!

To tell you the truth, if you are verified and you played casino games by depositing first, sending your money is only a click away when dealing with e-wallets.

It is really awesome when such words came out of the mouth of a casino representative. Makes me definitely more optimistic about the future of online gaming. :good:

The bad news is that I've heard casino reps talking almost the same over the last decade and yet, the number of online operators conducting such verification prior first deposit instead of first withdrawal remains the same. :( And probably that's the main reason why 1/2 of Las Vegas makes more than the whole online gambling industry combined....

I am convinced that is the future. This is the main thing our customers are looking for. In and out as fast as possible. With Poker it's different as players usually keep their bankroll online to play and make fewer withdrawals but for betting and casino this has to be emphasized to the ''instant''!

Let's hope this year would be some kind of a breakthrough in this aspect and we'll see more and more new online casinos doing that! :good:

I think through all my time in gambling only once I have had to verify my identity before depositing!

Cheers to that. Honestly I vote for it, it would prevent troubles and children to gamble. That's way harder than just to fulfil some field (register) and deposit, but it's the right practice in my opinion :)

Hello ,

There are several reasons why the account must be verified such as the credit/debit cards ,deposit bonus or free chip usage ,creation of multiple accounts from the same IP address ,however bonus free deposits through E-wallets  should not bring any verification process as you alerady got verified by the Wallet company .
