AskGamblers new website - your feedback is welcome.

Thanks Valdes!

1) Has been solved for me. The reviews appear with spaced when I intend them to.

2) The emoticons button still doesn't show other emoticons when I click on it. At least in Firefox it doesn't.

3) Lol I feel a bit stupid now hehe. Maybe the tech developers could include an "arrow" or something to make it obvious it's a drop down button.

One more concern I would like to address is that the "show more" button on top of the game reviews don't seem to work.at for instance: http://www.askgamblers.com/game/slots/creature-from-the-black-lagoon-g4511

It doesn't show more than one sentence broken in half.

Btw: Loving the new screenshot adding facility. I've added one for the Dark Knight

Don't feel stupid! Your point 3 is an excellent suggestion I think. I didn't know it was a drop down either! An arrow showing this I'm sure would cause less confusion for newer members!

Hmm, I'm using Firefox 28.0 and 29.0 and it is all working just fine for me? :o Emoticons, Show less/more feature...everything is ok. Try to update your browser, might solve the issues. ;)

Let me know if you need further assistance.

The emocotions problem is solved now as well B)

Firefox been acting crazy lately. Shockwave Flash crashes like 20 times a day, it's been driving me crazy lately. I've updated the Adobe Flash player and now the button works all of a sudden. :good:

Haha Sharon! That makes the two of us then.

I know but once Valdes explained, it kind of felt so obvious like "DUHH". :p

Shame you can't use emotions on Safari on the iPad though - have to use my flash browser if I want to use these without typing in the text format emotions

Well, actually you can use 'emotions' on all possible browsers out there. The troubles start when trying to add an "emoticons". :p:D

Seriously, I'll check with the developers why is that happening.

Not on the iPad Safari browser because it doesn't have flash built in ... Which I believe the emotions need

Yes, everything is addressed. The most important one we all need is the mailbox! That'll surely make up for the burning white pages of the forum.

Ahmm, sorry but don't get it, Icy? If you refer to PMs section, it works just fine actually, from weeks. :o

I would really love one thing: a possibillity to discuss single recent complaints. there are some interesting cases such as e. g. allslots stalling payment for more than a year etc. that could also have an impact on the casinos´behavior when they notice: players are not only noticing the complaints but are discussing the complaintmanagement of the casino.

imo it is a pity how some treat their depositing players like dirt - however on the other side you can see some complaints where you just think: how stupid is that player trying to ripoff the casino in that way...

a comments section could be nice...

Who exactly would you like to talk about the complaints too? The member directly making the complaint?

the member, the casino reps - and of course us other forum participants here - so we can share our 2 cents on the one or the other complaint. since there are some weird things going on sometimes. recently e.g. i am a bit... annoyed, how that bgo rep treats some of the complaints. I have personally blacklisted that place allready - it is really ugly how ridiculously he reacts to a players complaint in one case.

I think those topics should be really discussed so he can figure out - his behaviour attracts our attention and we do care about those things.

I consider as extra annoying that he sometimes seems to urge the complaining player to hold back information and discuss it via email. NO... if there is a reason for a serious complaint all facts - all the reactions - everything should be revealled to the public.

There was such comments section under complaints in the old website version, but we decided to remove it from the new web. Of course, we have enough reasons to do that, including but not limited to a huge volume of spam messages as well as totally irrelevant comments which had nothing to do with the particular case.

Thanks for your feedback though, we will take your suggestion under consideration and who knows, maybe we could decide to turn complaints comments back one day. ;)
