Most Popular Slot of 2013

Ok so I've been thinking for a while now how we can run a poll to try and determine the best slot of 2013. With such a wide variety to choose from I decided to change the poll to the most popular.,.so the one that we played the most.

 

This obviously carries slits of slots too..but will be easier to narrow down. I will run rounds ... Which will be narrowed down per round till we have a winner.

 

First few polls are multiple choice...so we can eliminate those with no votes.

Let me be the first to vote and share why I choose particular slot. Surprisingly or not, my vote goes to Immortal Romance. although I had to check my records (yes, I always try to track down as many of my playing sessions as possible) in order to find out the most played slot. Not that it was so hard since the there were only two games, gathering most of my attraction in 2013 - IM(Immortal Romance) and DOA (Dead Or ALive). I think the reasons why I play primarily these two games are obvious - chance to hit insane high winnings and the opportunity to find them both in many many online casinos...

Despite I'm not having an actual favourite (except maybe Immortal Romance, because most of you relate my personality with this game ), I voted!

 

And I knew Starburst would have the most of the votes Can anyone explain why is that?

Agree, but only to some extend.

 

First of all, it is impossible to win big at Starburst! As a typical example of a medium (to low) variance game its paytable is nothing impressive actually. The best you could possibly achieve while playing this game is 500 x bet if i am not wrong and that compared to some of the insane hits at DOA for example (some exceeding 6000, even 7000 x bet) is so modest.

 

In my humble opinion, the main reason why this slot is so much liked by gamblers is because it is perfectly suitable for some low rolling. Even a small deposit of 5 to 10 credits would give you a long play-time and that's more than enough for lots of online gamblers. Not to mention that you can easily wager a small bonus and even win some in addition.

 

By the way, I have tried this game at the higher bets as well, between 3 and 10 bet per spin and must admit it is just a money sucking machine, having nothing in common with its typical behavior at lowest bet ranges! From probably 10 sessions in the last years, all of them in excess of 1000 spins and bet between 3 and 10 credits per spin, my highest RTP (from all these sessions)at the end was only 78%?! ...WTF?!  And from last December, when I lost 450 euro in less than 5 minutes playing 10 credits per spin (yeah, yeah, I know that is insane, but had to give this bit** one last chance ), this game is 'persona non grata' in my list of preferred NetEnt slots.

I actually made a mistake on the first poll I robe which is why I had to start this thread. I thought I could just keep adding the polls but learnt that I couldn't...so I thought I simply had to start a new thread ...from the votes I get here I can create one final poll ....which will not be multiple choice like these...thus forcing people to ultimately choose their 1 favourite.

 

I didn't really have a scheme .... I just picked random slots really...tried to include the ones we talk most about on here, ones I've liked and a few other random ones x

Oh my god! Crocodopolis is possibly my favourite game of 2013 and I didn't put it on the list...my head is clearly in the shed!

DOA is the best slot ever IMO I'm playing it every day for a good month, and managed to catch 5 Scatter twice!
