No because if you look at the word ANA and toto upside down your letters are upside down too

 

In ANA the both A's would be upside down where the N is a N upside down too.

 

In toot - both O's look like an O upside down but the t's don't

 

In OXO if you look at that upside down all the letters still read correctly to form the word OXO, so yeah technically Afi was right but it wasn't the answer I have.
