I persevered and what a pleasant surprise it was to have an apology email off them and saying they had now accepted his ID and are processing his withdrawal. I can even see a few complaints based on this issue submitted by him at the complaints section. Wouldn't be better (and easier as well) if you manage to change or sort out this ID or something, I don't know?!It's just too many issues connected with it, and sooner or later you'll stumble upon an operator who won't pay, you know that, don't ya?
