    Hello community,

     

    Iam completly new here and just want to ask if anyone of you has any expirience with SmartLivecasino?

    I signed up there 2 days ago. Yesterday i took a huge win of over 20000 and i have made i withdraw request for it.

     

    Some information of my Withdraw progress. I send over my Identification details and they accepted it.

    Now they told me it will take up to one week for the withdraw.

    Iam just curious cause i have read about some complaints with SmartLiveCasino.

     

    Iam just a bit scary, because i got scammed by Stargames 6 Months ago for over 3500 and i hope that dont will be the same now.

     

    So if anyone has good expirience with SmartLive please let me know, so I can sleep better :-)

    Hello, welcome to the forum btw. I personally don't have any experience here sorry, but I hate your opinions about Star Games, I too have had problems there. Waste of time they are will do anything not to pay out.

     

    I would imagine a win of £20,000 (well done also) would usually take a bit longer than just a small win, so I wouldn't worry about that, its still early days for your withdrawal but I hope everything turns out for you. The gambling guru be here to help and advise u more soon so don't worry.

    Yep, there are several complaints against Smart Live casino, mostly regarding payments. But frankly, I don't expect you will have troubles with your withdrawal if everything with your account is ok.

    Congrats on the win and I'm happy to see you've been paid some of your winnings already! 

     

    I won a small amount (<£300) at Smart Live around 2 years ago - they locked my account and accused me of using a system, I was a new gambler and didn't even know about systems, just thought I'd try out different combinations, very frustrating - wish I knew about places like this back then.
