I have never said I don’t appreciate anything you guys do I have said it multiple times you guys are helping a lot I’m following your steps on this all I want is my account verified nothing more @Fiekie247

I don’t think we have time to wait for Olle the casino should not be taking this long! Please now remind them that the extra 12 hours they needed have now passed and let me know what they say. This is all very important so we can include these screenshots in your complaint. Please post here what they say and I’ll send you the link to open the complaint.

It is weird Bitstarz take this long.

As suggested file the complaint rather, then waiting

And I never said you said you dont appreciate, you sounded a bit damanding with @cocopop3011 as per below, thats all

@Ali al hashemy write in your complex that bitstarz has been delaying your payments for over 15 days. Write them that your source of funds verification has been delayed and chat tells you that gameplay checks are also being done. In the past 24 hours chat is not responding even though you contacted them multiple times. 

Post all chat screenshots that you posted here. Also the emails where they asked for your source of funds. 

After your complaint is accepted do not discuss it on the forum until issue is resolved. You can ask for guidance.

Hey how are you, my name is Ali Al hashemy I have done a account with bitstarz casino on the 12/05/25 till now I haven’t got my account verified which I’m pretty sure won’t take this long for it I have a withdrawal balance of 73.5k in the account that is stuck and haven’t got a single dollar I have sent them my passport my driver license my bank statement screenshot of transactions also my credit card I have sent them my proof of source I told them I get paid through my brother as I do courier work for him and that’s how I make money also sent invoices and showed them I have a good balance in my bank account I can afford to play on the site everyday I text there support team I get a reply saying waiting for feedback from the team nothing more please can you sort this out thank you guys appreciate the help

This is not enough information for your complaint, you need to explain much better. You also needed to add ALL your transcripts to prove that you’ve been waiting so long. Your complaint will probably be rejected but don’t worry you can try again.
