Seems there needs to be a post for Betplays casino.  Lets see how many people who find askgamblers forum/ use it write their story here.  Probably not that many.

Without a doubt the most dangerous casino on this platform. Lets see if we can gather stories in here so askgamblers actually listens to the people who have been robbed instead of siding with the casino.

I was accused of multi accounting and cheating. Account closed. 6193 stolen in the blink of an eye.
The main question I have is.. why would I multi account on a site that I'm not even sure is legitimate? Who knows. Not me. 
Asked what multi account and what cheating. Was never provided any evidence, just a cold shoulder.  In fact they told me I dont have an account and was never registered there. But I was supposed to have multiple accounts? Strange. Not the first time I've been scammed like this, but the first time in a " licensed " casino.  The second I saw the header of the email I already knew I made a mistake trusting this casino.
To my dismay complaining about it to askgamblers did nothing. In fact ended with me getting my account banned. Amazing.
I've read the truspilot stories. Dozens of victims. So if you find this, share you stories here and lets get Askgamblers to wake up. 
This casino closed / stolen a ridiculous amount of money.

This has happened to me as well.  Here's my exact Trust Pilot review, which I have just left:

I would like to add myself to the cacophony of people who have been scammed by this website. I've been playing in online sportsbooks and casinos for 25 years. I've been on, and taken withdrawals from, dozens and dozens of them. And I have been paid every dollar I requested from every single one of them. Until I played at BetPlays.

I always take casino reviews with a grain of salt -- there are always lots of negative reviews for every casino. But please, dear reader, understand me when I tell you this: BetPlays is a scam, period, end of story.

I deposited a little to get their first (of three) welcome bonuses. I did pretty well and requested a withdrawal. It took 8 days but I was able to get it.

After losing my second deposit and bonus, I went for the third one, and did very well. I requested a withdrawal after rolling the bonus over, but after 10 days I still had nothing. Started in with the customer service, all they said was "it's been escalated" and "it's with the Finance department". That's when I started really scrutinizing the reviews... and I started to see the same pattern with player after player. They were all banned, citing rules 3, 9, and sometimes also 16, in the terms and conditions.

Sure enough, last Monday, they did it to me. First time in 25 years of online gambling that a website seized my money. I've been screwed out of CAD1,600, but looking at other reviews on here, I see BetPlays has screwed many, many players out of much, much more money.

I was a verified user and had VIP status at Betplays. I had my balance of $42K stolen based on multi-accounting and criminal activity, which, after reading Trustpilot reviews, is the same email they send everyone. They continue to steal from players and are also actively trying to get players to play on their site. Unfortunately, ask gamblers refuse to help in this situation

This was the reason given to me by askgamblers, which made no sense because my account was blocked and not paid winnings. Betplays never mentioned any rules broken about bonus terms so I do not know why askgamblers descided to email me this

@prish15 The casino may have shown proof to the Askgamblers team that you broke the casino/bonus terms and hence your complaint was rejected. Unfortunately, the AGCCS team is not obliged to show you the proof/s submitted to them by the casino.
