BetPlays refused to pay my $35,484.80 CAD win (Multi-bet ID: 3265890068), stealing my money through retroactive excuses.
The Trap: They claimed cancelling a bonus voided my active bet, yet their system kept the bet active and officially marked it as "Won" days later.
Double Standard: They previously paid out winning bets under the exact same bonus-cancellation conditions, but refuse to do so now that a large payout is involved.
False Excuses: They hide behind shifting rollover requirements and validity periods while refusing to honor settled winning bets on their platform.
Play here at your own risk—they will take your money and invent rules to avoid paying out legitimate wins.
