Grand Parker/Loco Panda/OnBling/ Classy Coin/ Begado - what is going on with these casinos?

Hi folks!

 

I was noticed by one of our members that he's experiencing troubles to connect and play at each of these casinos since 18th November. He was asking me for more info but all I managed to get was that those casinos are doing some routine upgrade. But yesterday - 20th almost 3 dyas later I get the same message again, which means that something went terribly wrong with the mentioned upgrade. All I managed to dig out as info so far is that those guys are facing severe technical problems while they were making the software upgrade and now I doubt there is anyone, who can tell us when the normal functioning of those casinos will be back... :(

 

Anyone, who has more info on that matter is more than welcome to post it here! It will be much appreciated! ;)

 

BTW, I already urged our admin Luciana to try contacting their affiliate program managers and see what's really going on!

Here's the last I get from OnBling live chat support (at least it's alive now :p ):

you: begado win palace isn't the same?

manager: Begado is currently updating their system . winpalace though is open and running

So although WinPalace and Begado are sister casinos at least one of them is up... :D

Words from managers:

 

For Loco Panda/Onbling/Grand Parker/ClassyCoin: " I see many complaints saying they can't login, this is due to technical difficulties we experience recently and not player abuse.. pls try to calm your visitors, things should go back to normal any minute now.."

 

For Begado: "We have some server issues with begado, it will be resolved with in the next few days."

 

So, lets believe this for now, hopefully they will coma back soon :)

Beware of BEGADO CASINO

There entire site has been down for 14 days now , yes that's right 14 days.

They continually stuff you around , they don't even give you a proper date as to when they will be up again.

They don't answer emails in the finance department, even them you get an automated response which is complete *****.

Every time you get onto the help site

here are the AUTOMATED responses given :

Tony: I'm afraid I don't have access to this information

 

Tony: we are going through maintenance right now. Please check back tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience

 

Tony: our technical team are doing their best

 

Tony: I understand, again we apologize. All we ask for is just a little more patience at this time.

 

Tony: Our technical team makes maintenance to our system for the better Internet connection with bigger number of players.

 

 

Every passing day this "casino" starts to smell more like a scam.

 

now this is what i got a few minures ago :

Anyway, one way or another I'm pretty sure you'll get what is yours eventually! Affactive is still known as a paying company and believe me, I will be the first one here to spread the rumour if they change that fact for worse! ;) Patience, my friend and don't let the nerves make you lose the ground! If you still think that's not enough, here you are - post your complaint against the casino. I won in Locopanda 125$ using their 25$ free chips slots. I sent all my documents and they were approved. Then first i had to deposit $ 21 as requeriment to apply for my withdrawal. It was on 9 November via Neteller. Today its around 12 days business days from the withdraw request and I am sending emails to finance, support department but any reply from them. Only this girl named Kattlem appears in chat room saying the same: We are in maintenance. We are upgrading, etc bla bla.

I have contacted Neteller complaint center and they are helping me with my issue. I consider very suspicious this situation in this Casino Loco Panda.

I am not a fool. I will continue my complaint procces until the end. I suggest you contact your payment processor support team to get help.

wait i'm confused, why are winpalace/begado and classycoin/locopanda having the same issues if they are separate companies?

Too many coincedences here IMO, but still s dense fog all over it! :p:D
