Booming Games Screenshot Contest - Prize Fund 7,000 EUR

Recommended Posts

@cocopop3011 I have to say that it is really becoming UNFAIR when lucky players are able to play with the equivalent of just 0.001 USD/EUR bet per spin whilst most others cannot do likewise.

I don't mind if it's allowed for AG contests, but for provider's contest, it is very lopsided.

Yes, I'm ranting and complaining because I cannot play in any other currency. 😖

Who is betting that low please?

And… like I said, if people are exploiting this then the rules will be changed, so if you could please spread some extra light and I will chat with booming games again on whether or not we need to change the rules.

@cocopop3011 We know that you have been very kind to us in almost every sense and matters, but I really hope that the old rule can be brought back, to be fair to all participating contestants. The rule: all bets must be in USD or EUR, or the nearest currency equivalent.

Our statistician @Flatzem can easily come up with a list of currencies exchange for USD and EUR, then everyone can follow it, use it, and complete fairness can thereby be acertained for all contestants.

Promise me you'd never mention my name and only mention "another member" for general purposes in regards to lusty loopholes of open opportunities! 🙏

How is it possible to get that low with all paylines active?

Currency conversion. Currency that is very weak and the casino allowing the bets to go below the standard minimum.

So this is possible at only certain casinos that allow it.

In theory a casino that allow bet size to be set at $0.02 per spin. But now with a weak currency against the Euro, it makes it even lower.

Remeber we used to speak about casinos that offer 100 spins, but the spins on book of dead are set at $0.02 per spin instead of the normal $0.10 minimum bet limit.

Well this is a tricky situation indeed. And one I’ll need to consult with someone about to see how we proceed.

And why is this only happening for booming games? Is it their games specifically that allow this? This doesn’t happen in our other contests?

This is another tricky rule to enforce because let’s use me as an example. I am only allowed to play on GBP, so this is eliminating people from the contest who would come under the same categories.

With Pragamatic its also possible for ZAR currency which means I can play for lower bet values but most of those casinos are not on AG, hence I do not play lower bettibg. And @Afi4wins could spin for $0.04 when he placed RM0.20 bets in the Previous PP contest

Yeah but that's the thing, most poeple can choose their currency when signing up, with UKGC licensed, GBP is the default.

Exactly. Okay so I guess we would need to include GBP, but this is something I will need to ask each provider how they want to proceed. For this contest I am chatting now with someone and will have an update by the end of the day on how we will proceed with this.

Correction  there @Fiekie247 bro! I cannot use MYR currency for Pragmatic contests simply because those Asian casinos are not listed with AG. One exception though...BK8 Casino, whose main base is in Europe, similarly as with other casinos such as Bet365, Dafabet and so on.

Not only that bro, my local Asian casinos DO NOT HAVE the latest Pragmatic (or any other provider's) games, so I actually cannot play them, unless it's an 'any game' contest.

If all bets must be in USD or EUR or equivalent, then I have to bet at 0.40 MYR per spin (the 0.10 USD equivalent) instead of 0.20 MYR (0.049 USD). I don't mind that at all, because it would then be fair to everyone.

if we look at it as a marathon race where the distance to run is 42.2 kilometres

and thus someone paying full price on a spin for 0.20eur or 0.20usd or 0.20gbp is having to run the full 42.2km

but someone playing for just 1 cent per spin or 1/20th of the full price is only having to run 2.11 kilometres

huge difference between running 2.11 km vs 42.2km. just like a huge difference playing 1cent per spin vs 20cent per spin.

another way of looking at it is if you do 1000 spins at 0.20eur/0.20usd/0.20gbp and your session is just say 50% RTP... then you lose 100eur/usd/gbp of your 200.00 staked amount.... but if you play for just 1 cent per spin then your 1000 spins are only total of 10e/u/gbp staked.... and your 50% session RTP is only a tiny loss of 5euros or 5usd or 5gbp.

Something that was probably mentioned already, but you would have to consider intent as well. Me, I played in my own currency, the one I always play in (once the powerhouse currency of the world, now in mere shambles) and these bet amounts were there readily available in my account. I suspected but I didn't know they weren't the same for euros or dollars players. This is why I've also raised my bet size somewhat after this was called out, to the 0.1 equivalent, to make it more in line with the rest of the contestants. (That, and because hitting a 500x on 0.03 feels like a real waste of a good win 😅 )

Then there is deliberately looking up how to play in the lowest possible currency, almost demo playing. Now it is starting to look like exploiting. Especially if you line this up in several casinos at once. But hey, it's their sanity...

Anyway, most of us will keep spinning non stop all week anyway, be it on 0.01 or 0.2 so we are all on even terms still more or less. The wins will still have to hit.

I have suggest for this situation, let people play in any curency what they want but count tham reward like here 12.5k x from minimal bet 0.20€ ,if you play in € you get 2.5k € if you play in any other put tham 12.5k X on their curency!

Unless the rules must be all screenshots must be in USD or EURO and  nothing else!

I think that is a fair rule.

That's an expensive rule!

It wouldn't be fair to the members who already have a fiat currency locked into their casino accounts.

We need a different rule that caresses everyones needs.

Btw, am I the only one seeing members double-spacing on their comments?
