Dispute? U too? I won 7k there last year playing micro gaming and betting 14.40 on BDBA without a bonus and they claimed irregular play and stressed me out for 2 weeks!

 

Permanent account closure for me here. I reversed and lost it all. Their plan worked perfectly.

 

That's what they want u to do. I suggest if possible to set a wagering limit of 1 euro while they try to make U reverse. Or just exclude for 24 hours or a week and file a complaint here.

It was the self exclusion trick, apparently i asked for a 12 month exclusion on 22/04.2015 at a sister company but i know it was six months. They allowed me to open a further 4 accounts under the same operator one of them was verified with documents and able to withdraw. But due to this being a substantial win they've pulled that card on me. Bit of a nasty trick total amount was 4000GBP for my withdrawal

Play 300 spins on minimum bet. If your balance drops 1-2 euros or you're in plus keep playing well over 3000 spins. Usually got a 1000x bet or wildline after that without dropping in balance. If it starts to eat balance from the start walk away.
