    I have a full $20 going there :D

    Non triggering King Kong bonus response from them. Correction. Bonus froze after two planes 16.50€

     

    Not a big amount wagered. 1€ from a minimal deposit but that's not the point. The response is not fair. On top of that. Played a game called GREAT ODDESY and 5 times the three woman bonus round didn't trigger. When it did a few that times it paid 3-10x bet but that's not the point.

     

    They blame the software and me! I am letting it go cause of my pending withdrawals.

     

     

     

    We have reviewed the video you have made of the issue that occurred. It seems that it was not possible to open the game from another device, and thus the only solution to restore the game to its previous conditions was to reverse the bet.

     

    Our colleague did explain in the chat, that in the circumstances a bet is reversed any potential winnings from it are voided due to the fact that the initial amount is refunded back into your account.

     

    We can put ourselves in your shoes and imagine why this may be frustrating, but such problems occur very rarely, and due to connection issues. Also the voided possible winnings would be available to claim if the game was resolved through another device - a PC or a laptop.

     

    Once again, we are sorry for any inconveniences this might have caused you.

    I've been playing IR for the last ten hours and finally managed to reach decent amount to cashout. Started with 30€ balance, had a roller coaster ride, up and down, at some point I had around 2€ left and thought I was gonna lose (today I lost 3 deposits before that so seemed liek this wasn't my day). Almost fell asleep while clicking spin button, IR woke up and gave me beautiful winnings. :)

    Yes, it was, but not any more.

     

    Mr Cashback has gone through 'untold' changes and doesn't play anything like before any more. I lost all my winnings trying to win on the 'new' Mr Cashback. At best, I could only get back 30% - 40%, Lost all the games I played. Used to win 70% of the time!

     

    Most may think it was just bad luck, but I know better. I can't prove anything, but my track record before this says it all.

    That is one thing that I cannot know for sure...that ONLY my accounts are affected!

     

    If everybody else can still win on Mr Cashback, then why can't I?

    I played at many other Playtech casinos I have accounts at...all with the same blardy disappointing 30%-40% returns!

    Not any one single casino gave me a win...absolutely not like before!

     

    If I can play using another person's account, I can definitely prove that the games are not performing alike!

    Yet another one of my darlings who tend to 'skip' things out of her mind! Hahaha. :D

     

    Yes darling, I have not been able to access most of Playtech casinos since this January!

     

    My ISP has now been totally blocked from gaining access to most websites. Even my Virtual Private Network (VPN) has been blocked off since this February, cutting off even more Playtech casinos from me! Is it affecting only me...or are other players from my country affected too? I really don't know! :unknw:

     

    The worse of all...my favourite Mr Cashback is now Mr Takecash...only knows how to take my cash now! :angry:
