It has now been 10 days since i withdrew winnings, however, no winnings have arrived and starting to feel that i have been used. I keep getting same email message from the same person, and the same message saying its getting passed over to another team. I have proof of winnings as took a screenshot. Hey there and welcome to AskGamblers Forum The aforementioned Operator is UKGC licensed which means there is nothing to worry about and IF your verification paperwork is okay you will be paid. They are not listed on AskGamblers yet, which means that unfortunately you cannot use AGCCS and file a complaint against them, but you may refer your issue to their ADR entity which as far as I can see should be IBAS.
