cocopop3011
Hi, i have just joined Guts Casino as my previous casino site in which i deposited thousands upon thousands had very little bonus offers, after depositing i tried to withdraw 1400 and then 600, i played through the whole bonus and was asked for ID, i have sent up to date bank statement, birth certificate, driving licence, passport and card i used to deposit, i stressed to them that i would like to make another deposit as i did not realize withdrawals could not be transferred back. I received an email saying as soon as the documents are received and processed then all will be verified, i have never heard of verification taking up 24 hours before and have never had a problem with other sites, is this the norm from Guts? Thanks Hi Linda, as Valdes said you are cetainly in safe hands. And up to 24 hours IMO isn't really that bad, for Guts yes I will admit this does seem a bit long but im sure there is nothing to worry about. Please keep us updated on your withdrawal and congratulations on your winnings.
casinodude
Hi All I am new here, but very experienced online player. I joined this new site called Flamantis yesterday, deposited, won and withdrew. Before I deposited I asked how long withdrawals take, I was told 2 hours. My withdrawal sat pending for 6 hours, so I ask on live chat what is going on. They want documents (why didn't they just email) I sent them my documents yesterday. They said these take 8 hours to process. My documents are acceptable, I have used them on pretty much every online casino you can think of. I am still waiting, nearly 24 hours later. They just answer with soon on chat. Does anyone have any experience of these guys?

We do have a few members here that have played at this casino, although I'm not sure if any withdrawals have taken place there yet. They are the sister casino of Noxwin Casino and IMO you shouldn't have any problems with your withdrawal. As it's been 24 hours what I would do personally, is now contact live chat and ask them for an update on your withdrawal. Let us know how it goes, and good luck with your withdrawal. If any of our members have gone through the withdrawal process I am sure they will be along shortly to offer some advise
casinodude
Thanks! I have contacted them again just now. Earlier I was being told my documents would be verified in 1 hour.. Then 4 hours, now apparently a day.. My hopes are not the highest! Oh, and Noxwin deny any relationship with them
linda1976
Hi, i just thought i would update on Guts verification and the process of my withdrawal. Having received an email yesterday stating that all would be processed within 24 hours including my withdrawal i did not see a problem. Having not heard anything i spoke to live chat at about 11am today telling them that 24 hours had almost lapsed and she assured me everything would be processed within 2 hours and i would receive an email. Over 24 hours later i can see they have verified my documents but still have not verified my withdrawal. Contacting live chat again i asked why would this be when i have been told it would be sorted within 24 hours, he told me it was because i had won playing my bonus and this needs to be checked carefully, i would not mind but i must have wagered that bonus 100 times as i did not immediately withdraw and when i did i left about 300 in to play with in which i lost. I am becoming increasingly impatient and feel that this is becoming silly. Also i have received no email to date from them.

That's way above the average time needed by Guts to verify a new player account before the first withdrawal is being processed... My advice is to wait for another 24 hours and if they still keep stalling the payment, then you could start considering the idea of using AskGamblers Complaints System. cocopop3011
linda1976
Just to update, i spoke to Guts and explained how i struggled with certain things which i proved as we don't want anyone pulling a fast one, and they were amazing and took that into account and sorted it immediately, i have nothing but praise for a site that accommodates a player with a disability and all has been resolved, thank you for you feedback and help ValDes and cocopop3011

Maybe it's better if you give the casino some time to sort your issue. If they promised to verify your account and process your payment and failed to do that I guess there was a reason for that to happen. Anyways, I hope you will soon come here with good news, just as Linda did an hour ago.
cocopop3011
I am still being given the run around by Flamantis I would give the casino another 24 hours and see how it goes, I know it is frustrating but just try and be patient. Unfortunately we don't have this casino at AG yet so it's difficult for us to say what we think might happen but I'll keep my fingers crossed. And come back tomorrow and give us an update. Maybe they aren't the sister site of Noxwin! I know this was discussed in another thread we must have had it wrong
casinomaven
Thanks valdes best withdrawals post i've seen. One to add - if you deposit with a system local to your country, check that you have an option to withdraw it is not always the case you can withdraw the same way you deposited. Not a problem if you are in UK, using cards or have setup wallets but if you're a newbie using a less well used (by the casino) way to deposit you may end up scrabbling to find a way to withdraw.... Don't go borrowing your friends account, card, wallet that is only more pain. ValDes

And for the addition as well, indeed, local payment systems could influence significantly the withdrawal process.
AlyzDGamer
Thanks for the information, it will surely help a lot of casino gamblers out there. I guess it is always a matter of checking the information of the said casino site before betting. Researching about credible casino online will also help you to choose wisely. cocopop3011

I certainly agree with you there AlyzDGamer, researching before you play can definitely help! I remember when I first started gambling I NEVER used to do this, time couldn't come quick enough to find the next casino! Obviously I take a totally different approach now though

Afi4wins
I just drop by to ask what is "withdraw' i think i forgot the meaning of that word You forgot the meaning of 'withdraw' darling??? Let me explain then for you... After many many deposits, after many many attempts...still cannot make some nice money...then you get a 'withdraw' symptom... it makes you feel angry...feel sad...and feeling like it's the end of the world already... cannot sleep...cannot eat...until you get the opposite symptom of 'withdraw'...it's call a 'win'! fb_10207822143490080
I have been ripped by an online casino in the past It's heart breaking it truely is. However I have played a LOT of casino's and although yes I lose and never need to cash the ones I have I have been able to cash. I think it's a problem industry wide. honestdude
Amazing and True facts about the legalities in casino gambling. I must admit, scary at the same time. I am a newbie and trying hard to avoid such conflicts but unfortunately, I did get an issue a week ago based on the same issues and warnings you gave. The only disappointing issue is because these casinos are located in jurisdictions in the Carribean or elsewhere there really is nothing we can do to fight the cause and on-line casinos can basically do what they want deciding not to pay out on ridiculous reasons. Example, one casino, I'm about to file a complaint on your sight has delayed me from payout based on some verification that has to date taken 10 days and said they will only review next Monday. I bet it will get declined for some ridiculous reason as well. This has totally demised the trust in on-line betting so now I always do my due diligence and prior to depositing I review their policies, wait times, read reviews and complaints as well as send all my documentation prior so the "revision" process is 100% passed. Even then, I noticed that casinos use whatever reasons they can come up with to pay-out. You are a wealth of information and thanks for that but you're not getting a kiss from me.. :} The big question is what do we have as recourse when these situations arise ?
