Over last two days I made a withdrawal at Casinoval offer a £15 free chip I managed to withdraw £70... Currently waiting

And Prestige Casino gave me a free £5 no wager bonus, managed to withdraw £50...again currently waiting

 

Successful day for me that was...Im lucky to get two withdrawals in two months let along two days lol..

After speaking about Guts casino yesterday, I gave them a try. You know me, my curiosity is beyond limits... :lol:

 

Made two deposits (100$ + 160$), had an awesome run at my favorite IGT slot Pixies of the Forest at 3,30 bet per spin and cashed out 450 after a few minutes! Not a bad start of the weekend, especially when the money appeared in my Skrill acount after 5 hours or so! :D

Still waiting for my last withdrawal to be processed at Allslots, made the request on Monday, and its been nothing but hassle, and still have no idea whether they will pay me out!! Contrast that with experiences recently at Betpack, where I withdrew twice in 48 hours and each time money was paid into my bank within 24 hours, and it really is frustrating. As a player, I know the wins will be few and far between, and thats what frustrates me more, when I do get lucky I dont get paid!!

Here is some of my past history and a current one...   I've played several online casinos over the last 7 years or so. The fastest withdrawal ever experienced was with Intercasino; within 24 hours for a $3K withdrawal. With other casinos (PlatinumPlay, Casino on Net) it usually took about 1 week. Never had any problems really. I had an account with Casino on Net close to or over 2 years ago. I was going nowhere playing there so I decided to close my account and move on to other casinos. If I'm not to play at a casino for an extended period of time I rather ask to close the account than to have "floating" accounts. I think this is more secure to do it this way. Anyhow, in April this year I decided to give 888 a go. Since I opened the account I was given High Roller status. I deposited approx. $7550 since I opened the account. I won a little but never withdrew any winnings. Recently, I worked my way to a bonus promotion they had for High Rollers and won some nice money; over $8,000. I continued playing through until I could withdraw. I was winning a lot that day so I decided to withdraw $7,500 (May 31) and continue to play. My bankroll went up and down but I played twice the amount of my withdraw and then some over the weekend. As I expected, 888 asked for photo ID and utility bill that I uploaded to them within 15 minutes of them asking (Monday 9:30AM). To this day, they are giving me the silent treatment and quite frankly I'm getting a little nervous. I've asked them twice (once a day) to confirm that they have received the documents asked for but no answer from them and the withdrawal remains as "Awaiting Process". I would think that they would want me to remain a High Roller player and at least respond to my emails?  Why would they want to push me away like that?

I can understand your feelings right now, since I've been in your shoes in a few occasions. In this moment, I think what's best is maybe to read carefully this guide - SOS, I got troubles with my casino, what to do?

Many thanks for your response and for the link. I already read through tis guide and it is very complete and helpful. I'm hoping I never have to complain. I sent them another e-mail earlier today asking for an update:

 

Good day,   my last 2 e-mails remain unanswered. I
would appreciate an answer from someone in the Operations Group. I have
deposited over $7,500 in the last 2 months at your casino which elevated me to
High Roller customer. Now that I have a withdrawal request, you go silent on
me. Please at least respond to the status of my account standing and if
possible my withdrawal. As it stands and as per your e-mail below dated Monday
June 3rd, my account is in a restricted state so I can not deposit
until your Security check is fully performed.

That's totally unacceptable behaviour from a well known and respected casino operator, which 888 without a doubt is! Especially against a customer with some VIP status?! :o

 

I would suggest you to wait for a couple of more days and if they still continue ignoring you, I am afraid you shall have to use our complaint system!

Man!!!  I got pretty antsy for a while. This is GREAT news for me but now I'm wondering if the 3 business days waiting period starts now or if it started when I asked for the withdrawal????   I sent them an e-mail.   So far, 888 will be my online casino of choice.

In my opinion, the pending period should start once the verification process is done, but I have some suspicions that in your case, it will be quicken a bit. :D

I got 5 free spins on Gonzos Quest the other day at guts casino, won a few quid and got my balance up and I withdrew £25, the I deposited 20 up of the 25 they gave me back at guts casino and won £75 so withdrew £70, then went back for a third time but didn't win so I deposited at BETROCKIT out of my remaining winnings and withdrew £400!!!!! Can't complain

 

(Ps cocopop3011 did write I won £200 somewhere but it was in fact £500 I spent £100 though...she shouting at me know to write its case Valdes gives her a row for an inaccurate post lol)

Lol...he is a jammy git fair play. He just withdrew £760 from EuroMax play too....oooooh I'm in for a couple of pairs of shoes out of that I know lol

 

It has to be win of the week...he took their new promotion coz he never played there before, deposited £5 got £35 bonus then withdrew £760!! Nice profit. He is waiting documentation now

 

Ive only made two small deposits last two days which was £40 on Ladbrokes (slots were playing rubbish so called it quits there) and €65 again at videoslots
